Abstract

A new nothospecies in the subtribe Zygopetalinae (Orchidaceae), × Cochlezella costaricensis, representing a cross between Cochleanthes aromatica and Warczewiczella discolor, is described and illustrated from Costa Rica, and its relationships are discussed.
