The humanized design level of ocean park space is an important index to measure the overall functionality and comfort of ocean park objects. The traditional optimization design scheme of ocean park space is mostly based on two-dimensional plan or other mapping software, which is not intuitive and the overall construction effect is different from the design scheme. This paper proposes an optimal design of ocean park space based on 3D printing technology by continuous laser curing. Taking the ocean park space of a medical institution as an example, it analyzes the characteristics and design principles of the park space. Based on 3D model design and laser curing technology, it completes the setting of process parameters and analyzes the causes of deviation in the process of curing printing. Based on the minimum deviation and linear regression algorithm, the eigenvalues of the hash matrix are decomposed and the best direction of stratification are determined, to ensure the printing accuracy of the complex model, and realize the optimal design of the ocean park space. The successful design cases show that the proposed laser curing 3D printing model has a high degree of coincidence with the actual construction of ocean park, and low design error, which can minimize the design cost and construction cost.
