In order to solve the problem of small monitoring range of traditional monitoring system of construction ship power machinery, the database and software functions are realized by using information spectrum entropy processing technology, and the optimal design of monitoring system of construction ship power machinery is realized. Add the remote communication module, adjust the internal connection structure between the processor and the data memory, and select the sensor equipment with high precision. With the support of hardware and database, the position of the monitoring points of engineering ships is determined, the real-time data is collected and transmitted to the monitoring center, and the monitoring signal features are extracted by using the information spectrum entropy processing technology. Finally, the monitoring results of the state of power machinery are obtained. By comparing with the standard set of database, judge whether to start the abnormal alarm program. Compared with the traditional monitoring system, the monitoring accuracy and monitoring range of the monitoring system based on information spectrum entropy are improved by 9.6% and 24.8% respectively.
