At present, the optimization process is complex, the optimization effect is poor, and the satisfaction of tourists is low. This paper analyzes the visual cognitive effect of the ecological landscape view, sight and horizon around the coast. According to the analysis results, the optimization model of the visual cognitive effect is established, and the sampling density function of the visual cognitive effect of the coastal surrounding ecological landscape is updated by the relative entropy method, and the optimization model of the visual effect of the coastal surrounding ecological landscape is constructed by selecting the kernel function to realize the optimization of the visual cognitive effect of the coastal surrounding ecological landscape. The experimental results show that the proposed method can effectively optimize the visual cognitive effect of coastal surrounding ecological landscape, and the optimization quality is high.
