Abstract

Xi, X.N., and Zhang, H.G., 2020. The logic and mode transformation of water environmental management legal systems in the big data era. In: Guido Aldana, P.A. and Kantamaneni, K. (eds.), Advances in Water Resources, Coastal Management, and Marine Science Technology. Journal of Coastal Research, Special Issue No. 104, pp. 291–295. Coconut Creek (Florida), ISSN 0749-0208.

With deteriorating eco-environment, it has gradually become the priority of modern social development to manage environment, which is closely related to not only the establishment of legal systems in our country, but also correlative specific law enforcement. China has made significant achievements in the past several decades with respect to environmental management due to its constant exploration, which, however, still can't match up to the goals of environmental protection. In the big data era, there're diversified research methods in allusion to legal management of environment. Legal systems in our country are now flourishing and the difficulty of environmental management is also that of the implementation of Chinese environmental law, to solve which it's required to discuss current situations of environmental management with the systematic logic of legal enforcement set as the entry point.
