Abstract

Cheng, X., 2020. Self-tuning method of mechanical vibration based on rotation of marine power equipment. In: Gong, D.; Zhang, M., and Liu, R. (eds.), Advances in Coastal Research: Engineering, Industry, Economy, and Sustainable Development. Journal of Coastal Research, Special Issue No. 106, pp. 549–552. Rotating machinery is the most extensive kind of mechanical equipment in the industrial field, which is also an important part of the ship power equipment system. However, the ship has been in a bad working environment for a long time, which has easily led to the rotating mechanical failure of the power equipment system, most of which are caused by mechanical vibration. With the frequent failure of the power rotating equipment, the normal shipping of the ship is greatly affected and causes significant economic losses and casualties. Therefore, self-tuning for the vibration of rotating machinery of marine power equipment should be performed, which will greatly reduce the failure frequency of power equipment. Through the information acquisition system, this paper obtains the position deviation signal caused by the mechanical vibration of rotating equipment. Then, through the principle of adaptive control, this paper designs the automatic correction device of rotating equipment. Through the design and research of this paper, the faults caused by the vibration of rotating machinery of marine power equipment can be reduced.
