With the continuous optimization and upgrading of China's domestic industrial structure and consumption structure, the continuous improvement of people's living standards, the increase of per capita disposable income of residents and the development of the normalization of public tourism demand, the marine tourism industry has achieved great development. The development of marine tourism products has an important value for the development of traditional tourism. Based on the RMP theory, the study of marine tourism development enriches the pertinence of marine tourism research. This paper first analyzes the resource, market and product of marine tourism development, and then studies the strategy of marine tourism development based on RMP (Resource Market and Product) analysis.
