The proposal of the “Maritime Silk Road” has made countries in the world realize the importance of cultural exchanges. Cultural industry cooperation has become a new driving force for promoting cultural exchanges between countries. In recent years, China's cultural industry has carried out a lot of cooperation with countries along the “Maritime Silk Road”. Taking Russia as an example, the cultural industry cooperation between China and Russia has reached a new level. The natural cultural intersection, deep cultural origin and balanced cultural forces are the advantages of the cultural industry cooperation between China and Russia. To deepen cooperation in the cultural industry, the two sides need to make efforts in three areas: supporting the development of unique resources in advantageous regions, encouraging cultural exchanges between the youth of the two countries, and creating new channels to ensure the export of products.
