The relationship between personal previous experience and willingness to start a environmental-friendly business in coastal areas is not significant (r = 0.069, p>0.05). There are significant positive correlations between regulatory system and coastal environmental-friendly protection entrepreneurial intention (r = 0.315, P < 0.01), normative system and coastal environmental-friendly entrepreneurial intention (r = 0.282, P<0.01), and cognitive system and coastal environmental-friendly entrepreneurial intention (r = 0.273, P < 0.01). Botstrap method is used to test the mediating effect in this study. The mediating effect of coastal environmental-friendly entrepreneurial self-efficacy is not significant. Measures such as policy support and awareness education should be effective to promote student's green behavior and entrepreneurship.
