At present, China's marine economic development is in a critical period, while the advantages of tertiary sector economy are not obvious and the structure of marine industry needs to be optimized. Against this background, this study on marine resources and marine economic growth, according to the theory of tourism economic impacts and the theory of regional economic growth, gives a quantitative analysis of the driving impacts of ocean tourism on marine economic growth through a Cointegration test and Granger Causality, put forward some suggestions on the development of marine tourism and provide reference for those who study the development of marine tourism in China.
