The 21st century is the century of the marine era. The marine economy has become an important part of the national economy. With the increasing pressure of population, resources and environment, the theory of marine sustainable development has become a problem that can not be ignored, especially in chemical industry and other polluting enterprises. Through sustainable development, marine chemical enterprises can achieve sustainable adaptive evolution, which will continuously improve the economic, social and environmental benefits of marine economy. Therefore, as a marine resource-based enterprise, the sustainable development of marine chemical enterprises has great practical significance. By continuously integrating management resources, offshore chemical enterprises can update and change management concepts and methods, which will form a good social mechanism, including enterprise, society, economy, population, environment, etc. Therefore, marine chemical enterprises must improve MI, including innovation of business ideas, organization, management methods and corporate culture.
