Shandong, as a major economic province in China, the current development of marine economy is extremely incompatible with its status, so it is extremely necessary to focus on the development paths of marine economy and marine cultural industry in order to seek a harmonious, balanced, and sustainable development of Shandong province. Based on the investigation of relevant literature and data, this paper makes an in-depth study and analysis of the current situation, analyzes the problems of the current developments of marine economy and marine cultural industry in Shandong province by means of Horizontal Comparative Analysis and Empirical Research, and puts forward the ways and countermeasures to promote further developments of marine economy and marine cultural industry in Shandong Province.
