Since entering the 21st century, with the development of Internet and information technology, Internet finance has deeply affected all aspects of society. Compared with traditional financial services, the Internet financial model is novel, easy to operate, time-saving and labor-saving. It has become the main driving force to promote the development and reform of the financial industry. Marine fishery is a labor-intensive industry, which plays an important role in deepening the adjustment of fishery structure, expanding the export of agricultural products to earn foreign exchange, broadening rural employment channels and promoting the construction of small towns. Under the current new situation of inclusive financial reform in the eastern coastal rural areas, how to promote the development of local fishery economy is an important issue to be faced with. Based on this, this paper studies the inclusive reform of rural finance in the eastern coastal areas under the background of Internet finance and its promoting effect on fishery economy. Some suggestions are put forward for deepening the reform of inclusive rural finance in the new era.
