In the 21st century, the political, economic, cultural and military strategic position of the sea has become increasingly prominent, and maritime security has become a problem that every coastal country cannot ignore. China is a large ocean country with extensive strategic interests in the ocean. The strategic position of the ocean in China's overall modernization is increasingly prominent. By establishing a statistical relationship model between marine ecological parameters and marine water quality evaluation factors, and introducing fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method into the comprehensive evaluation of marine water quality, this paper finally establishes a set of cooperative management model of marine ecological environment in China based on paste comprehensive evaluation. In order to provide basis for making scientific comprehensive prevention and control plan and comprehensive management of environmental pollution in marine ecological monitoring areas.
