At present, Marine management is one of the key research work in the construction of Marine environment in China. The “grid” management is the innovation of the contemporary urban management mode. In this paper, the existing problems of ocean management are analyzed and studied according to the “grid” management of ocean. The “grid” management of cities provides experience for the “grid” management of the ocean, and USES digital and information technology to divide the ocean, and expands the sharing of ocean information resources through the “grid” management of the ocean, so as to realize the pattern innovation of ocean management. With the continuous strengthening of Marine construction, China's Marine management is faced with new opportunities and challenges. Based on the urban “grid” management, this paper extends the “grid” management mode to Marine management, studies the problems in Marine management, and puts forward relevant measures to promote the implementation of “grid” management in Marine management.
