Abstract

Guo, X. and Chen, Z.B., 2020. Research on the allocation of ecological resources in urban small watershed based on improved optimization algorithm. In: Bai, X. and Zhou, H. (eds.), Advances in Water Resources, Environmental Protection, and Sustainable Development. Journal of Coastal Research, Special Issue No. 115, pp. 425-429. Coconut Creek (Florida), ISSN 0749-0208.

Rivers and the basins they cover are an important part of cities. In the process of continuous urban development, comprehensive planning based on river basins has become a trend of urban resource allocation research. In the study of specific urban watershed resource allocation methods, How to make the urban resource allocation program scientific has always been a hot topic. Aiming at this system problem, this paper proposes a set of urban resource allocation methods based on improved optimization algorithm, which mainly includes the design of multi-dimensional indicator system and the improvement of classical multi-objective optimization algorithm. Based on the new method, experiments were conducted on the real data of Beijing GUI River Valley. Experiments show that compared with the existing methods, the improved method has obvious advantages in terms of local search ability, convergence and space complexity. This method can be widely used in the study of ecological resource allocation in urban small watershed.
