In the past, the UAE's marine development activities only focused on economic development and ignored environmental protection. By collecting all kinds of data, this paper uses the grey correlation method to evaluate and analyze the economic output and resources and environment of UAE's marine development activities, and comprehensively evaluates the situation of UAE's marine economic development. This method has a reference role for other countries' marine development activities evaluation.
