The comprehensive performance of the green material of the coastal building is influenced by the factors such as the reinforcement parameters and the edge components, so that the accuracy of the comprehensive performance evaluation is not good, in order to improve the comprehensive performance evaluation capacity of the green material of the coastal building, the comprehensive performance evaluation method of the green material of the coastal building is proposed based on the BIM, and the performance characteristics of the green material in the coastal building are analyzed. The controlled parameter analysis of the comprehensive property of the green material of the coastal building is carried out based on the concrete reinforcement ratio of the building structure, the strength parameters of the green material of the coastal building, the construction measures and the distribution probability of the BIM information. The main physical parameter joint distribution model of the comprehensive performance evaluation of the green material of the coastal building is established, and the integrated performance parameter fusion process of the green material of the coastal building is carried out by using the BIM technology, and the comprehensive performance evaluation of the green material of the coastal building is carried out according to the damping ratio and the stress characteristics of the building structure. The simulation test results show that the method can effectively realize the comprehensive performance evaluation of the green material of the coastal building, the accuracy of the performance evaluation is high, and the stress intensity and the reinforcing capacity of the green material of the coastal building are improved.
