Water is an important component of nature and the most active element in the environment, it plays a significant role on the earth and attracts many authors to study it. Therefore, this paper explored the hot topics and new trends of through the statistics of the journal between 2009 and 2019 from the perspective of scientometric based on the keyword, “water”. 1160 records were downloaded from the SSCI and SCIE database from the category of economics. Correspondingly, the data were analyzed from the perspective of analysis of year distribution of water publications, major journals analysis, influential institutions analysis, productive countries analysis, core authors analysis, research clusters analysis, most cited references analysis, burst detection analysis. Ultimately, the situation and the analysis results of water publications were presented to readers, authors and scholars who are interested in the topic and it could provide a reference for them to explore further in this field.

Systematic review is usually used to reveal the change characteristics of the quantity and law of the citations focus on one research theme. The paper investigated the research status, development trend and hotspots of water ecological environment protection using bibliometric analysis. Based on bibliometric, mathematics and statistics, articles related to the water ecological environment protection in Web of Science for the period of 2008-2019 were selected. CiteSpace software was used to conduct the annual frequency analysis of papers, countries and research institutions analysis, co-occurring keywords analysis, clustering analysis and research frontier. Results show that: (1) The number of published papers and cited papers have increased for the past 12 years. Especially, the number of published papers has increased sharply since 2015, indicating that the research on water ecological environment protection has been transferred from the exploration stage to rapid development stage, which needs to be analyzed from the aspects of national policy. (2) China has more publications than other countries. The research institutions are mainly concentrated on universities, the cooperation among them is not close. It shows the characteristics of small distribution and large concentration. Keywords such as “model” and “water quality” are research hotspots. (3) The results of clustering analysis show that water ecological environment quality assessment, water and soil conservation, ecosystem services and aquatic ecosystem are four main research directions of water ecological environment protection. (4) Using method of burst detection, nine keywords are obtained, which indicate that water ecological environment protection has rich research perspectives. The burst strength of land use is high, it will become the research hotspot of water ecological environment protection in future. The results should be beneficial to systematically understand research progress and future trends of water ecologic environment under changing environment, and therefore it promotes ecological civilization construction.

Coasts vary in their composition and the physical processes that affect them. However, their nature and behavior have similarities. Presently, the majority of coasts worldwide are eroding. The rapidly increasing threat of global warming and the resulting rise in sea level can accelerate coastal erosion. The nearly 2 km coastline in the port city of Puerto Cabello in Venezuela, to the west of the island Goaigoaza, was taken as a case study. The long-term state of the beach was assessed by considering the credits and debits of sand that pass through the coastal system. In the study, the net longshore sediment transport rate in the west of the salient was westward and Q_in < Q_out, denoting that beach erosion will occur in this particular area. Through field investigations and theoretical analysis, it can be preliminarily concluded that the beaches in the study area are slightly eroded. However, a long-term study on the current profile is essential to arrive at a decisive conclusion.

Under the influences of climate change and human activities, the water cycle under changing environment and distributed hydrological model based on physical mechanism have become the focus of hydrology research. Soil & Water Assessment Tool (SWAT) model is one of typical distributed models, and it has been widely used in testing and forecasting the water and sediment circulation and agriculture production with chemicals. The paper used CiteSpace to analyze the research progress based on previous literatures. The results of high frequency keywords and co-word analysis show that the research hotspots of SWAT model include water quality problem, sediment yield, model calibration, uncertainty analysis and sensitivity analysis. The literatures related to SWAT were divided into model application, model accuracy and model coupling. The paper mainly focused on the literature related to model application. The domestic and abroad research processes were reviewed from three hot application fields such as runoff simulation, hydrological impacts under changing environment (HIUCE) and non-point source (NPS) pollution. The results show that: (1) the research content of runoff simulation mainly focused on the adaptability and accuracy of the model; (2) the research content of HIUCE mainly concentrated on analysis of historical changes in hydrological effects and prediction of future changes using the scenario analysis; (3) the research content of NPS pollution mainly focused on the spatial and temporal distribution of nutrients, the influencing factors and degree of nutrients, and the prediction of future to select Best Management Practices (BMPs). The paper pointed out some existing problems, prospected the future research, and proposed research idea of model improvement to adapt to the domestic changing environment. This study should be beneficial to systematically understand the structure, principle, application fields and future development trends of SWAT model, and thus provide references for users of SWAT model in related subjects.

In the research related to the water resources management and prevention of pollution, it is of great practical significance to analyze the spatial and temporal distribution characteristics of the water quality. The present work deals with the study on the actual water quality monitoring data obtained from the Miju River monitoring sections in the Erhai Lake during 2011-2016. Six water quality indicators were selected for investigation using the comprehensive pollution index method and the principal component analysis method, in order to analyze the spatial and temporal distribution characteristics of water quality in the Miju River Basin. The results of the comprehensive pollution index method showed that the water quality of the Miju River has not changed much in the past 6 years, and the water body has only been slightly polluted. Additionally, the water quality of the Jiangweiqiao section was slightly inferior to that of the Yinqiaocun section. Principal component analysis method showed that the nitrogen pollution was the dominant factor in the wet season, followed by phosphorus, pH and dissolved oxygen. In the normal season, the dissolved oxygen and pH of the water were the main factors, followed by phosphorus and ammonia nitrogen. In the dry season, the dissolved oxygen, ammonia nitrogen and organic matter pollution were the main influencing factors followed by phosphorus and pH. The water quality of the Miju River in the past 3 years was slightly worse than that in the initial 3 years, and the overall performance of the water quality of the Miju River was relatively best during the dry season followed by the normal season, while the water quality was worst during the wet season. Furthermore, the water quality variation trends of Yinqiaocun and the Jiangweiqiao sections were observed to be similar.

Water environmental quality assessment is an important groundwork for river planning, governance, and management. A normal cloud-fuzzy variable evaluation model which incorporated the minimum relative entropy weights was proposed to evaluate the water quality of 13 monitoring points in the Qinhuai River in 2016. The evaluation results proved to be more reasonable and effective in comparison with the results of the single-factor index evaluation method, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and cloud model. The analysis of model-level eigenvalue (H) showed that most of the water quality of the Upper Qinhuai River and Qinhuai New River is better in flood season than in non-flood season, which also showed the pollution characteristics of urban industry and domestic sewage. However, the water quality of the Outer Qinhuai River and inner Qinhuai River is worse in the flood season than in non-flood season, which showed the typical pollution characteristics of urban sewage and catering. The study results can be helpful for future evaluation and research of water environment in regions and river basins.

In order to make full use of marine resources, develop marine economy and build a powerful marine country, in recent years, the state has focused on the on-line analysis technology of marine water. In order to solve the problems of rapid change of marine environment and difficulty in the detection and analysis of water quality data, this paper presents an online analysis method of marine water quality data based on large electronic computer after comparing various methods of marine water quality detection in China and abroad. This method uses a variety of marine water quality sensors to collect marine water quality data synthetically, and then uses multi-sensor fusion technology to fuse the collected water quality data. Finally, it combines multi-sensor D-S evidence theory data fusion technology with computer to analyze water quality data synthetically online. It is concluded that this method can effectively improve the ability of marine pollution early warning and marine ecological environment protection by real-time comprehensive analysis and research of marine water quality data.

This study aimed to establish a new water quality evaluation method based on Bayesian network owing to the shortcomings that the connections between various indicators are not considered using the traditional evaluation method. It adopted a combination of mutual information and K2 search algorithm for network structure learning and applied the maximum likelihood estimation method for parameter learning. Considering the water quality in the Hongya section of the Qingyi River as an example, the correlation and quantitative expression of the indicators were obtained. The factors that directly affected the water quality grade were found to be permanganate index, ammonia nitrogen, and total nitrogen. The water quality grade was inferred based on the quantitative relationship between indicators and water quality category. After testing, the accuracy was found to be more than 83.3%, indicating that the Bayesian network method could be used for evaluating the water quality. The process of evaluation was simple and rapid, providing a reliable basis for quickly assessing the overall water quality of the river basin. Finally, according to the method, the associated missing indicators could be predicted, providing more complete hydrological data for water environment management.

The flocculation rate of particulate minerals in water affects the separation efficiency of particulate minerals. The flocculation rate of particulate minerals in water is influenced by factors such as the consumption of flocculants and the concentration of particulate minerals. Therefore, when predicting the flocculation rate of particulate minerals in water, the factors such as the consumption of flocculants and the concentration of particulate minerals should be taken into account. Firstly, support vector regression prediction algorithm is used to predict the flocculation rate, flocculant consumption and particle mineral concentration are the input variables and flocculation rate is the output variables. The penalty factor and kernel function parameters of the prediction algorithm are optimized by using particle swarm optimization algorithm based on swarm energy conservation, and the parameter combination of the optimal prediction algorithm is obtained. Experiments are carried out to verify the predictive performance of the algorithm. The results show that when the flocculant consumption is 8 g/t^-1 and the particle mineral concentration is 7%, the predicted flocculation rate can reach 1.208 m/h^-1, which is in good agreement with the measured flocculation rate. Therefore, the algorithm is a reliable method for predicting the flocculation rate of particulate minerals in water.

The content, distribution and seasonal variations of nitrogen in nature colloids were examined in surface waters of south Xiamen Bay, Jiulongjiang River estuary and Jiulongjiang River of China. Water samples were fractionated into total dissolved (< 0.2 µm), colloidal (10 kDa-0.2 µm) and truly dissolved (< 10 kDa) phases with the cross-flow ultrafiltration system. Results showed that average concentrations of different nitrogen species in truly dissolved phase were evidently higher than those in colloidal phase, and concentrations of NO₂^-, NO₃^-, NH₄⁺, TN, TIN, and ON were 52, 238, 18, 9, 39 and 3 times higher respectively. In addition, NO₃^- was the most abundant inorganic species and was 11-28 times as high as NH₄⁺ and NO₂^- in truly dissolved phase, but 2-15 times as high as NH₄⁺ and NO₂^- in colloidal phase. NO₂^-, NO₃^-, NH₄⁺, TN, and TIN in truly dissolved phase make up 77.2%-100.0% of that in total dissolver phase while those of colloidal phase make up only 0-19.0%; ON contents in truly dissolved phase made up 42.2%-69.3% of that in total dissolved phase while those of the colloidal phase made up 30.7%-57.9% of them. This indicated that IN species were distributed mainly in truly dissolved phase (< 10 kDa) in natural aquatic environments, and ON was distributed mainly in colloidal phase (10 kDa-0.22 µm). It was also found that the seasonal variations of all N species in truly dissolved phase was similar to that of total dissolved phase in all waters from different sources. There was slight variation of NO₂^- and NH₄⁺ with season. The NO₃^- was highest in April and March and lowest in August and November. The seasonal variation of ON was related to the water sources. The contents of all N species in both dissolved phase and truly dissolved phase decreased from river to sea.

In order to solve the interference caused by low metal concentration and salts matrix of seawater samples, this paper present a handy flow- injection system with solid-phase extraction to automate pretreatment procedures for offline Fe and Ti analysis in seawater by ICP-MS. By combining 8-position, 3-way and 6-way valves in the pipeline, the flow-injection system enhance the sample treatment efficiency by simultaneously loading two reagents online for: sample loading, buffering, and preconcentration. Each sample treatment spends about 16 min and consumes 12 mL of seawater sample and 8 mL of buffer solution. The chelation of Toyopearl-AF-Chelate-650M for Fe and Ti occurs in pH5.5 at an injection rate of 1.0 mL·min^-1. The eluent (0.8 mol·L^-1 HNO₃) is able to elute Fe and Ti in 90 s at an elution rate of 1.0 mL·min^-1. Seawater sample needs 90 min of 120 W UV-oxidation to dissociate metal-organic complexes. The precision and availability of this method are tested by measuring Jiulongjiang Estuary seawater samples.

In order to improve the experimental analysis ability of strength characteristics of sedimentary clay minerals in the Yangtze River Basin, a regulation model of electrochemical properties of sedimentary clay minerals in the Yangtze River Basin based on electrochemical technology and direct functional control is proposed. The control model of carbonyl allylation reaction of sedimentary clay minerals in the Yangtze River Basin is constructed, and the electrochemical reaction control model of the strength characteristics test of sedimentary clay minerals in the Yangtze River Basin is designed. Combined with the adaptive feedback fusion parameter adjustment method, the polar parameters in the electrochemical regulation and control of sedimentary clay minerals in the Yangtze River Basin are adjusted, the process of regulation and control of sedimentary clay minerals in the Yangtze River Basin is controlled by the electrochemical characteristic analysis method, and the steady state regulation and control of the electrochemical properties of the deposited clay minerals in the Yangtze River Basin is realized by introducing hetero-atomic functional groups. The electrochemical reaction was used to adjust the molecular catalytic reaction in the preparation of sedimentary clay minerals in the Yangtze River Basin, and the experimental analysis of the strength characteristics of sedimentary clay minerals in the Yangtze River Basin was realized. The test results show that the electrochemical performance of sedimentary clay minerals in the Yangtze River Basin is stable, the catalytic ability is strong, and the electrochemical control stability is improved, and the accuracy of the strength test of sedimentary clay minerals in the Yangtze River Basin is high.

In order to improve the prediction accuracy of deep seafloor manganese nodule resource content, a prediction method of deep seafloor manganese nodule resource content based on multiple regression analysis is proposed. The big data model for statistical analysis of deep seafloor manganese nodules is constructed. The deep seafloor manganese nodules are extracted by mining and feature extraction methods. Combined with the artificial intelligence optimization method, the characteristics of the deep seafloor manganese nodules are classified and studied, and the information fusion is carried out according to the extraction values of the characteristic parameters of the deep seafloor manganese nodules. A statistical analysis and regression analysis model for predicting the content of manganese nodules in deep seafloor is established, and the multivariate linear fitting and recurrent analysis methods are used to predict the content of manganese nodules in deep seafloor. The simulation results show that the method has high accuracy in predicting the content of manganese nodules in the deep seafloor, and improves the statistical analysis ability of the manganese nodules in the deep seafloor.

Suspensions, which usually contain slurries of various sizes of particles, which can settle quickly in a short period of time and contain a large amount of unavoidable interfering bubbles inside, so automatic unattended sampling and measurement of such suspensions is very difficult. However, sampling and measurement of suspensions plays an important role in online grade analysis in mineral processing control. Based on the above problems, this paper proposes an on-line analysis and prediction algorithm for suspension based on X-ray fluorescence analysis. Based on this, a large-scale online analysis system for slurry suspension is developed, which is successfully applied to the analysis of slurry grade in mineral processing control process. Unlike other liquids, mud does not allow for complex and slow process sampling and inspection processes. Since the mud detection accuracy is easily affected by the physical form of the slurry, the detection process must ensure transientity. It can be seen that the process sampling and mixing of the slurry is another key technology. In this paper, BOXA team finished simulation and experiment for primary sampling, secondary division and slurry carrying in cell based on CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) fluid simulation technology and analysis it, the laboratory and industrial data shows that sampling technique of BOXA can handle the slurry into standard state rapidly and steadily to ensure accuracy and reliability for the accuracy of assay and measurement.

In order to improve the anti-vehicle load capacity of the long-span floor around the ocean, the multimodal vibration characteristics of the long-span floor around the ocean are analyzed, and the evaluation model of the vehicle load yield stress on the long-span floor around the ocean based on the joint evaluation of the load stress state characteristics is put forward, and the mechanical response evaluation model of the yield stress of the automobile load is constructed. The load yield response stress of long-span floor around the ocean is evaluated by combining load stress state characteristics with ultimate load. The bearing capacity of automobile load yield stress is calculated by using steel bar strength failure criterion. The multi-mode vibration energy balance equation and bending moment balance equation are established, and the three-stage load-deformation model of vehicle load response of long-span floor around the ocean is constructed. Based on the yield line theory and the internal force balance mode, the optimal design of the multi-mode vibration characteristic evaluation model of the long-span floor around the ocean is realized by the yield stress action of the vehicle load. The test results show that the model can effectively analyze the influence of vehicle load yield stress on the multimodal vibration characteristics of long-span floors around the ocean. The accuracy of Simulink simulation results and finite element simulation results are high, and the calculation results of multi-modal vibration parameters are accurate and reliable.

In order to improve the numerical analysis ability of long period wave characteristics in sea area, a numerical analysis method of long period wave feature in sea area based on mathematical probability statistics is proposed. The big data statistical analysis model of long period wave feature analysis in sea area is constructed, and the feature modeling and probability density feature analysis of long period wave data in sea area are carried out by using fuzzy association rule feature mining method. Combined with the mathematical probability statistical method, the fuzzy regional clustering processing of the long period wave data in the sea area is realized, and the feature quantity of the association rules of the long period wave in the sea area is extracted. The fuzzy clustering of the long period wave in the sea area is carried out by using the fuzzy C means clustering fusion method, and the random probability density distribution characteristic quantity of the long period wave in the sea area is excavated in the data clustering center. Combined with the feature space distributed structure reorganization method, the long period wave data is reorganized in the sea area, and the transmission control and feature numerical analysis optimization of the long period wave data in the sea area are realized. The simulation results show that the numerical analysis of long period wave characteristics in sea area is accurate and the data clustering performance is better, which improves the evaluation ability of long period wave dynamic evolution in sea area.

Because of the non-linear characteristics of ARMA model, the accuracy of finite element mechanical analysis of human leg force is not good for the motion model which has strong inertia mechanics effect of wave impact on leg. Based on the characteristic decomposition model of inertia mechanics, this paper presents a dynamic analysis model of wave impact on the legs of human body in the sea surfer movement, and analyzes the burst kinetic energy of the wave impact on the leg in a six-degree-of-freedom space. First, the forward kinematics algorithm is used to obtain the finite element space of the force on the legs of the human body, and the kinematics solution of the moment of shock of the waves is realized by the analytic method. The global and local parameters of the human leg force and contact force during the wave impact on the legs are analyzed, and the precision of solving the parameters is improved. The simulation results show that the method can be used to analyze the mechanics of the human leg in the moment of wave impact in the sea surfing. The parameter estimation is accurate and reliable and the performance is superior. The method can effectively guide the training of the sea surfing sport.

This study has finished two main contents. In order to analyze the long-term characteristics of waves, the wave fields of north South China Sea (SCS) from 1986 to 2005 are simulated by the wave model WAVEWATCH-III (WW III). The Weather Research and Forecasting (WRF) mode is used to simulate the wind input. Comparing the wind and wave simulated data, the results show a great agreement between simulated data and observed data. The monthly characteristics of wind and wave of the whole sea areas are analyzed. The wind speeds and significant wave heights are smallest in spring and largest in winter. The annual wind and wave characteristics of the 8 points are calculated. The directions of prevailing wind and wave of Point 1 to 7 are NE and NEE and the direction of prevailing wind and wave of Point 8 is S and NE

The Erdu River is a small river in Hunan Province. This paper studies the quantitative assessment of the hydrological alterations in the hydrological regimes of the Erdu River caused by the Liujiaping hydropower station. Diurnal streamflow data between the time intervals from 1967-2013 were obtained from the Hengbanqiao station. The histogram comparison approach (HCA) and improved overall degree of hydrological alteration with new classification were used for the assessment. The hydrologic regime alteration was computed by the IHA (indicator of hydrological alteration) indices. As per the improved classification, three indices were altered at low degrees, seven -indices were altered at moderate degrees, eleven indices were altered at high degree and ten indices were altered at severe degree. The overall and improved overall degree of hydrological alteration for the Hengbanqiao station is 72% and 80.49% respectively, suggesting a high and severe degree of alteration respectively. The alteration degree of every IHA indices ranged from 32.29% to 100%. This shows that the current operation mode of Liujiaping hydropower station has severely deteriorated eco-hydrological regimes of the downstream area. Hence, there is an immediate need to operate the reservoir taking into consideration the ecological needs of the downstream areas, in order to preserve the river-ecology of the Erdu River.

The geomorphological characteristics of Penglai Eight Xian Crossing Sea Spot Scenic Spot are expressed by statistical analysis method, and the statistical analysis model of water geomorphological characteristics data of Penglai Eight Xian Crossing Sea Spot Scenic Spot is constructed. Combined with big data mining method, the data mining of geomorphological characteristics of Penglai Eight Xian Crossing Sea Spot Scenic Spot is carried out, and the fuzzy clustering feature quantity of statistical distribution of geomorphological characteristics of Penglai Eight Xian Crossing Sea Spot Scenic Spot is extracted. The fuzzy C-means cluster analysis method and correlation fusion analysis method are used to evaluate and detect the geomorphological characteristics of Penglai Eight Xian Crossing Sea Spot Scenic Spot. Based on the Taguchi method, the detection statistics of water geomorphological characteristics evaluation of Penglai Eight Xian Crossing Sea Spot Scenic Spot are constructed. According to the robustness test and statistical regression analysis method, the geomorphological characteristics of Penglai Eight Xian Crossing Sea Spot Scenic Spot are evaluated and predicted. The simulation results show that this method has good adaptive performance and high prediction accuracy in evaluating the geomorphological characteristics of Penglai Eight Xian Crossing Sea Spot Scenic Spot, which improves the confidence level of the evaluation of the geomorphological characteristics of Penglai Eight Xian Crossing Sea Spot Scenic Spot.

This paper constructs a composite classifier based on a convolutional neural network (CNN) and support vector machine (SVM) by using the decision fusion method to study the Wudalianchi Nature Reserve. It also conducts studies on the high-resolution remote sensing image classification of a lake wetland and makes a comparison between the pixel-based SVM method and the context-based CNN method. The experimental results show that the overall accuracy of the SVM-CNN classification method is higher than that of the SVM method, by 9% and 7.75% for the selected two study sites, and higher than the CNN method, by 5.23% and 2.39%. In particular, for the large-area lake wetland, the SVM-CNN classification method provides a higher boundary classification accuracy than the SVM and CNN methods. The research shows that the SVM-CNN composite classifier based on decision fusion theory provides a favorable means for the fine classification of lake wetland identification.

The imperviousness percentage, polder allowable water depth, and drainage modulus are the main features that determine the effectiveness and efficiency of flood control with polders. This study is aimed to examine the impact of impervious percentage, polder allowable water depth, and drainage modulus on peak flow and flood volume for simulating flood processes. A Hydrologic Engineering Center-Hydrologic Modelling System (HEC-HMS) model is developed to simulate flood control with polders in order to explore the impact of these impervious percentage, polder allowable water depth, and drainage modulus. The Qinhuai River Basin is employed as the research area as it is a typical watershed that uses polders for flood control. The results demonstrate that the flood volume and peak flow increase with the impervious percentage increases from 20% to 70%. When the polder allowable water depth increases, the flood volume decreases but the peak flow increases. With the decrease of drainage modulus, the peak flow and flood volume decrease. This study provides a reference and guidance to simulate flood control with polders and the impact of the three features in the Qinhuai River Basin. In addition, it could be easily adopted for other basins with polder.

As the second largest sedimentary basin in China, the Ordos Basin experienced a peak age of paleo-lake transgression during Chang 7 Age of Triassic. The best source rocks of Mesozoic in the whole basin have been formed together with this transgression. The relationship between water stratification of the paleo-lake in Chang 7 Age and the shale development characteristics of Chang 7 formation can provide a scientific basis for researches of shale gas reservoir formation. In this paper, the paleo-climatic, depth, distribution and salinity of paleo-lake in Chang 7 Age, as well as the geochemical and mineralogical characteristics of the Chang 7 shale, are analyzed. Comparing with water stratification characteristics in present-day oceans and lakes from previous studies, the water stratification characteristics of paleo-lake in Chang 7 Age has been concluded. The water stratification was widely distributed by temperature stratification, which could lead indirectly to salinity stratification. Large areas of stably stratified water increased the abundance of organic matter, the content of brittle minerals in the shales, and resulted in well-developed laminated organic shales. All of these are of great significance to the formation of Chang 7 shale gas reservoir.

Based on the background of Puyang Jiang River, a 2D hydrodynamic model was built to explore the distribution characteristics of tidal range in the downstream section of Puyang River under different flood tide combinations between Puyang River and Qiantang River. The influence of different frequency floods and flood discharges of Puyang River on the flood level of Puyang River was analysed. The results show that the tidal range at each point of the exit section decreases with the increase of floods in Puyang River. Under the same flood conditions of Puyang River, the tidal range at each point of the river increases with the increase of the Qiantang River rushing tide; under the same characteristic tidal conditions, the tidal gradient along the water flow direction of the Sanjiangkou-Xizhuang section increases with the increase of floods in the Puyang River. When Puyang Jiang River suffered flooding from once ten years to twenty years and then to fifty years, the mean value of water level reduction of east and west river is from 0.66 cm to 0.72 cm and then to 0.63 cm, namely, the sensitivity of the discharge of Gaohu flood retarding basin to the water level of east and west river of Puyang Jiang River is first strengthened and then weakened. The research results provide a guidance for flood regulation of Puyang River and optimization of operation in Gaohu flood detention area.

Unlike the common outbreak mechanism of red tides, the northern Beibu Gulf in the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region of China experiences frequent red tides with distinct characteristics, such as large distances from the mainland and the presence of industrial pollution. By tracing the sources and transport of the high concentrations of nitrogen and phosphorus, the relationship between pollutant transport and the dynamic response mechanisms was explored. The results showed that the concentrations of nitrogen and phosphorus nutrients in the areas of red tide outbreaks near Weizhou Island and in the Qinzhou Gulf in the northern Beibu Gulf were higher than those in the surrounding areas. However, the high concentrations of nitrogen and phosphorus nutrients in the northern Beibu Gulf did not originate from terrestrial pollution from Guangxi Province; rather, these pollutants originated on the east coast of China and were transported through the Qiongzhou Strait. The primary sources were the Pearl River Estuary and the coastal waters of eastern Guangdong. In addition, the differences in the concentration distributions of nitrogen and phosphorus nutrients between the east and west coasts of the Qinzhou Gulf in the northern Beibu Gulf were clearly related to dynamic response mechanisms.

The surface deformation monitoring in coastal areas is affected by the uncertainty of flow control, which leads to the low accuracy of surface deformation monitoring. In order to improve the accuracy of surface deformation monitoring in coastal areas, an automatic monitoring method of surface deforma tion in coastal areas based on time series analysis is proposed. The big data structure model of surface deformation in coastal areas is constructed, and the distributed information reconstruction of surface deformation in coastal areas is carried out by using phase space reconstruction and correlation coefficient mining methods. Big data fusion cluster analysis of surface deformation in coastal areas is carried out combined with time series analysis method. The dynamic distribution characteristics of surface deformation big data in coastal areas are extracted, and the clustering and information fusion results of surface deformation characteristics in coastal areas are obtained. The automatic monitoring of surface deformation dynamics in coastal areas is realized. The simulation results show that the accuracy of automatic monitoring of surface deformation in coastal areas is high, and the average confidence level of monitoring is better than that of traditional methods, which improves the adaptability of surface deformation monitoring in coastal areas.

Based on the observations from 10 rain gauges from 1960 to 2016 in the Qingjiang Basin, this study aimed to discuss the spatial and temporal distributions of extreme precipitations in the Qingjiang Basin area using extreme daily precipitation, extreme precipitation, and extreme precipitation duration as extreme parameters, and provide the extreme precipitation spatial distribution and variation analysis of different time scale return periods based on the generalized extremum theory. The findings revealed that the maximum daily precipitation in the Qingjiang Basin was low in the upstream, downstream, and north, and high in the south. The upstream had always been a small area with extreme daily precipitation. The maximum value was located in the south of the basin, and the position alternated with the change in the age. The maximum extreme process precipitation exhibited a decreasing distribution from west to east. The rainfall in the upstream precipitation process was significantly greater than that in the downstream, and the spatial distribution of the corresponding precipitation days showed larger values in the south and the upstream, and smaller values in the north and the middle and lower reaches. The average precipitation was greater in the 1980s than in the 1960s and 1970s. In the 21^st century, the maximum extreme continuous precipitation intensity was significantly reduced. The extreme longest process precedence presented two distinct extreme centers, and the corresponding precipitation days were high in the upstream and low in the middle and lower reaches. The return period of the Qingjiang Basin extreme precipitation was significantly different. The spatial distribution of the extreme daily precipitation at different return period levels was larger in the north than in the south, and smaller in the upper and lower reaches than in the midstream.

Based on the observation data of 41 surface meteorological stations in Wujiang River Basin from 1960 to 2016, the temporal and spatial variation laws of precipitation days and intensity in flood season (May to September) in Wujiang River Basin are analyzed. It is found that the distribution of precipitation in Wujiang River Basin is characterized by inhomogeneity of spatial change and tendency of temporal change. In terms of spatial distribution, affected by geographical position and topography, Wujiangdu is regarded as the boundary in terms of latitude. From the topographic point of view, because of the terrain in the vicinity of high mountains, precipitation frequency and value are larger, and precipitation also has a good correlation with the spatial distribution of temperature, humidity and wind speed; in the time variation, the frequency of rain days has an upward trend while the corresponding average precipitation is declining. The proportion of heavy rain days is decreasing while the corresponding average precipitation is increasing, and the relative humidity is decreasing. The surface air temperature is on the rise while the wind speed is on a fast downward trend.

In order to accurately simulate the coupled distribution of wave, tidal current and wave-current in muddy sea area under extreme typhoon weather, the advanced Weather Research and Forecasting field model was used to simulate the 10-meter wind speed on the sea surface as the driving wind field of the wave and tidal current. Considering the effect of storm surge, the formation, propagation and attenuation of wind waves in Lianyungang sea area during Typhoon Weipa and Dawei were simulated and reappeared. This paper adopts the three-dimensional tidal current model, considering the factors such as wave-induced nearshore current and the influence of wave on tidal current. There was the anticlockwise circulation circle near the typhoon center, but it was not obvious under the action of gale wind. Due to the sudden change of surface wind and barometric pressure in the sea area, the sea level and the tidal level rose strongly, and the influence of nearshore windblown current was very obvious. The wind-wave-current coupled model could better reflect the hydrodynamic field during typhoon, the changing process of which can provide dynamic conditions for further simulation of river bed erosion and siltation during typhoon.

The diatom assemblages and pathway of seawater migration in areas of the ocean adjacent to land reclamation areas was analyzed based on the distribution of diatom in 40 surface samples. Results revealed 37 species from 25 genera in study area, including five saltwater genera species (Coscinodiscus spp., Cyclotella stylorum, Actinocyclus spp., Thalassionema nitzschiodes, Diploneis bombus) and one brackish species, Auliscus caelatus. Saltwater and brackish species were found most abundant, the relative abundance of saltwater species tended to increase from coastal to offshore, whereas brackish species was opposite. In addition, there were 29 stations had freshwater diatoms, accounting for 0.44%-4.03%. The characteristic distribution of freshwater diatoms tended to decrease from south intertidal zone to northeast and east in the south of Nangang Industry Zone (NIZ). In the north of NIZ, distribution of freshwater species tended to decrease from west to east. The distribution and abundance reduction of freshwater diatoms could be considered as seawater movement pathway. Freshwater diatoms brought by Nanpai River into the sea are moved in two directions. Firstly, the river flowed into the sea, after which it was driven by coastal currents south to north, then back to the south, where it was blocked by NIZ. The river flow was then transported to the northeast portion of study area by the overall currents from south to north in the bay. Second, coastal currents flow to the south when blocked by the NIZ and those that flow to the north collide with each other. This energy reached a dynamic balance, causing the fresh water of the NPR to be transported to the sea by the inertia of river. Overall, the completion of the NIZ had changed the direction of seawater in adjacent areas, which was also the main reason for differences in surface diatom changes at different samples.

The Great East Lake Ecological Water-net Project has been launched to connect six lakes in Wuhan City with Changjiang River. Cu(II) was selected to investigate the transfer ability of metal ions among the six lakes. The complexation of Cu(II) with dissolved organic matter (DOM) from the lakes was analyzed by fluorescence quenching experiments. Three-dimensional excitation emission matrix (3DEEM) fluorescence spectroscopy coupled with parallel factor (PARAFAC) analysis was employed to comparatively characterize the structural properties and Cu(II)-binding behavior of DOMs. Two protein-like components (C1, tryptophan and C2, tyrosine) and one humic-like component (C3) were identified by PARAFAC analysis. The protein-like components of DOMs played a predominant role in copper complexation. The conditional stability constants (log Kc) for DOMs with Cu(II) ranged from 5.67 to 6.18. The water transfer project probably affects the accumulation or release of metal ions in the eastern route of water transfer. This findings show the potential effect of water transfer project on the transfer of metal ions in the connected lakes.

The objectives of this paper were to develop, evaluate and apply the remote sensing based on models of ammonia nitrogen (NH₃-N) and total phosphorus (TP) for the Yi and Shu River in Linyi Economic Development Zone, Shandong Province, China. The scenes of Landsat-8 OLI satellite data were used to establish the relationship between the planetary reflectance and the measured data for five years (i.e., 2014-2017). The five spectral bands (i.e., Coastal, Blue, Green, Red, NIR) were used to obtain the most suitable modeling factor from the different band combinations. The liner regression analysis showed that red band both had highest correlation with NH₃-N and TP in Yi and Shu River. For the Yi River, the co-efficient of determination (R²) of red band was 0.541 for the NH₃-N model and 0.498 for the TP model. For the Shu River, the co-efficient of determination (R²) of red band was 0.643 for the NH₃-N model and 0.565 for the TP model. The best-fit Models were validated with measured data and found that the errors of the NH₃-N and TP models of the Yi River were 34.93% and 29.33%, respectively, and while 33.66% and 32.48% for the Shu River. With the models, the distribution diagrams of NH₃-N and TP were generated, which can be assisted analysis of spatial and temporal for Yi and Shu River. The results showed that the established models could indicate the trend of NH₃-N and TP in rivers that was validated by field visit. The proposed approach in this paper has satisfactory validity and practicability, thus could be reference for study on NH₃-N and TP in water based on remote sensing.

Under the condition of high load, the pore water pressure model of building foundation in coastal shallow water area is analyzed, and the experimental loading analysis and mathematical simulation of pore water pressure variation are carried out to overcome the problems of elastic-plastic hysteretic force and discrete distribution of pore water pressure, so as to improve the life of building foundation in coastal shallow water. The load loading of building objects in coastal shallow waters is carried out by means of mechanical anchoring. The constitutive relationship model between elastic modulus, residual strain force and pore water pressure of coastal shallow water building foundation under load loading is analyzed. The pore water pressure variation of strengthened specimens and contrast specimens is measured by numerical test, and dynamic curvature correction is carried out by hysteretic curve recovery dynamic evaluation method. The stress state increment of pore water pressure of building foundation in shallow waters along the coast is obtained. The load and displacement curves of buildings in coastal shallow waters are analyzed by experiments, and the stress cloud diagram of external preelastic-plastic hysteretic force on the foundation of buildings in coastal shallow waters is obtained. The test results show that the numerical simulation of pore water pressure on the foundation of buildings in coastal shallow waters is accurate and reliable, and it has good application value in foundation construction and specimen loading of buildings in coastal shallow waters.

Concrete lining plays an important role in channel protection. The existence of seasonal frozen soil has caused different degrees of damage to concrete lining channels. When the concrete lining plate cannot bear the channel base soil frost heaving force or cannot adapt to the channel base soil frost heave deformation, frost heaving damage, such as crack and even rupture, will be produced. In this study, the numerical simulation model of frost heaving damage of concrete lining channels is established. The temperature field is accurately simulated through an equivalent equation of heat conduction. The extended finite element method combined with the thermal coupling method is used in this study to analyze the frost heaving damage of the lining channel. The crack is predicted to propagate under the action of frost heave so that the destruction of the concrete lining channel. The development of the crack and the failure mode of the channel are simulated. It is found that the damage location and degree of lining slabs at different locations of the same section are different. And the crack form is I + II compound crack. The mechanism of frost heave damage of concrete lining canal was revealed, which provides a reference for prevention and control of frost heave of lining canal.

In order to analyse the particular feature of rock deformation and breakage in oil and gas resources exploitation, the rock breaking model based on SPH method is established by using the constitutive relation of abrasive material, the corresponding material parameters and the state equations. The three-dimensional dynamic process of rock breaking by abrasive water jet is simulated. The damage and deformation characteristics of the rock with different abrasive concentrations and velocities during the rock breaking process are also studied. The results show that with the increase of abrasive concentration, the depth of deformation in rock increases and the damage area of rock decreases. With the increase of jet velocity, the deformation depth and the damage area of rock increase. Therefore, the effect of rock breaking can be greatly improved by increasing the abrasive concentration and the jet velocity. The accuracy of jet technology and the quality of machined surface can be also improved by adding abrasive into water jet.

In that estimation of the damage range of the amphibious weapon, the damage range estimation of the amphibious weapon is need to be carried out, the target detection and identification capability is improved, and an amphibious weapon water damage range estimation algorithm based on the fuzzy clustering is proposed. A high-resolution normal distribution model is adopted to construct an amphibious weapon water damage target array distribution node model, a multi-array sensing node sampling and identification method is adopted to carry out the transmission signal and the echo signal sampling of the amphibious weapon water damage target source, the method comprises the following steps of: carrying out an initial orientation estimation of an amphibious weapon water damage target node by adopting an MUSIC algorithm, carrying out spatial beam forming processing according to the parameter estimation result of the water damage target of the amphibious weapon, and extracting a high-order accumulation amount of an amphibious weapon water damage target source array output signal. According to the dynamic characteristics of the high-order accumulation amount, a fuzzy space clustering algorithm is adopted to realize the joint estimation of the damage distance and the azimuth angle two-dimensional parameter of the amphibious weapon, and the water damage range calculation of the amphibious weapon is realized. The simulation results show that the method is used to calculate the damage range of the amphibious weapon, and the accuracy of the water target detection of the amphibious weapon is good and the anti-interference ability is strong.

Eutrophication of lakes, estuaries and coastal waters is one of the global environmental issues and removal of phosphorus and nitrogen from the water is the most direct way for eutrophication control for those water bodies. The synergistic removal effects of phosphorus and nitrogen by aeration and adsorption in water under different aeration intensities and aeration patterns were investigated in the present research. The results indicated that aeration and adsorption simultaneously used had a synergistic effect on the removal of phosphate in water, over 90% of orthophosphate was removed jointly, which was significantly greater than the summational removal rate (<50%) of aeration and adsorption alone. However, such synergistic effect did not reflect in the removal of ammonia nitrogen. Similar ammonia nitrogen removal efficiency was exhibited in intermittent aeration and continuous aeration group under different aeration patterns. Therefore, intermittent aeration can be utilized for the energy consumption reduction of the further experiment. The combination of aeration and adsorption has definite advantages in the phosphate removal in water. However, further in-depth research is needed in the synergistic removal of ammonia nitrogen by adsorption and aeration. The results of present research can provide some technical references for eutrophication control in lakes, estuaries and coastal waters.

Determination of the horizontal planar scale of local scour (HSLS) at a submerged monopile in water flow conditions is necessary for site selection and the intuitive effectiveness-evaluation of upstream protection projects. A simplified experimental method for the prediction of HSLS is proposed and validated with a set of indoor experiments. High efficiency was obtained by modelling the erodible bed in a thin layer at the millimeter scale, which is much smaller than the centimeter or meter scale for the prediction of scour depth. The experiment was conducted under steady, uni-directional flow in non-cohesive sand-bed conditions. A 15 cm diameter cylindrical monopile submerged 0.2 cm was rigidly fixed on a flume bed. The complete 5-minute process the HSLS undergoes to reach its equilibrium shape and size was observed. A comparison of the HSLS with other research show good agreement. Compared with the conventional method for the observation of the complete scour-hole process, which includes reaching maximum scour depth which may take days, the proposed method significantly improves the model-test efficiency. The fundamental mechanism of this high-efficiency in the HSLS' development process to reach its equilibrium state is that the HSLS is mainly influenced by the wake vortices, which are dependent on the cylinder-diameter Reynolds number instead of scour depth.

The comprehensive performance of the green material of the coastal building is influenced by the factors such as the reinforcement parameters and the edge components, so that the accuracy of the comprehensive performance evaluation is not good, in order to improve the comprehensive performance evaluation capacity of the green material of the coastal building, the comprehensive performance evaluation method of the green material of the coastal building is proposed based on the BIM, and the performance characteristics of the green material in the coastal building are analyzed. The controlled parameter analysis of the comprehensive property of the green material of the coastal building is carried out based on the concrete reinforcement ratio of the building structure, the strength parameters of the green material of the coastal building, the construction measures and the distribution probability of the BIM information. The main physical parameter joint distribution model of the comprehensive performance evaluation of the green material of the coastal building is established, and the integrated performance parameter fusion process of the green material of the coastal building is carried out by using the BIM technology, and the comprehensive performance evaluation of the green material of the coastal building is carried out according to the damping ratio and the stress characteristics of the building structure. The simulation test results show that the method can effectively realize the comprehensive performance evaluation of the green material of the coastal building, the accuracy of the performance evaluation is high, and the stress intensity and the reinforcing capacity of the green material of the coastal building are improved.

Based on the risk factors of the embankment engineering, the risk factors of the embankment engineering are classified, and the risk evaluation index system of the embankment project is set up, which includes 5 aspects, including load, protection, dike body characteristics, embankment base characteristics and dangerous situation statistics, which are 20 indexes, the grade and standard of each index are determined, and cloud model method was applied to evaluate the risk of embankment project in the Qinhuai River between Qiqiaoweng and Dongshan Bridge in Nanjing. The results show that the evaluation value of embankment engineering between Qiqiaowen and Dongshan Bridge in 2007 is 87.99, which is a general safe grade, which is consistent with the assessment at that time. However, the evaluation value is 95.67 in 2017, which belongs to the Safe grade, which is consistent with the Qinhuai River regulation target in Nanjing, and is consistent with the actual situation, which validates the validity and applicability of the cloud model evaluation method.

At present, the existing three-dimensional modeling methods of architectural appearance have some problems, such as slow modeling speed. Therefore, a three-dimensional modeling method of architectural appearance in coastal areas based on digital media technology is proposed. Firstly, the digital map information in coastal areas is analyzed by data media technology in an all-round way. The gray value of the pixels and the gray value of the adjacent pixels are compared by the method of terrain classification, and the type and the object of terrain are judged. Then the two-dimensional basic data representing the geometry of the bottom surface of the object are obtained by using the terrain contour extraction algorithm and the key boundary point extraction algorithm. Finally, the height generation algorithm of the object is designed and implemented by adding two attributes of type and level to the coastal building. Each object is randomly generated a height attribute, which is processed by using the encapsulated digital media technology. 3-D scene editing and roaming are carried out by using 3dsmax class modeling software and skyline class software, so as to realize 3-D modeling of architectural appearance in coastal areas based on digital media technology. The experimental results show that the proposed method is easy to operate, fast to model, and has higher accuracy than previous algorithms.

The paper puts forward the control technology of the opening time of the port building lighting based on the artificial intelligence, uses the wireless sensor network model to build the Internet of things architecture of the port building lighting control, and constructs the control algorithm of the opening time of the port building lighting. The optimal design of the time control algorithm for the opening time of the port building lighting is carried out by using the artificial intelligence algorithm, the network communication body structure design of the port building lighting opening time control system is carried out, and the structure of the port building lighting opening time control system comprises a physical structure and a network software architecture, the design of the hardware platform of the time control system for the lighting of the port building is carried out, including the design of the controller module, the design of the power transmission and distribution management module, the design of the power regulation module and the design of the lighting node selection module, etc. Finally, the performance test is carried out through the system debugging experiment. The results show that the control coverage of the lighting facility is high, the stability control performance is good, and the system has strong robustness.

The thermal insulation performance of the thermal insulation material of the external wall of the port building is studied, and the optimum proportion of the heat-insulating property of the material and the thickness of the heat-insulating layer of the material is analyzed, and the construction of the invention provides a method for constructing a relationship model based on the self-correlation characteristic analysis of the thermal insulation performance of the outer wall material of the port building and the thickness performance of the thermal insulation layer of the material. The detailed experimental data is obtained to guide the design and construction of the external wall of the port building. Firstly, the material property and structural model of the thermal insulation material of the external wall of the port building are analyzed, then the calculation of the thickness of the thermal insulation material of the external wall of the port building and the mathematical analysis of the thermal resistance are carried out, and the thermal resistance detection model for the design of the thickness change of the thermal insulation material under different temperatures is given. And the test and the numerical calculation of the test piece are carried out. The relationship model between construction cost and benefit of passive low energy consumption building in coastal green city is studied, which provides a reference for the replacement and maintenance of passive low energy consumption building in coastal green city. A construction cost control model of passive low energy consumption buildings in coastal green cities based on adaptive equilibrium control is proposed. There are three kinds of passive low energy consumption building construction strategy models in coastal green cities, which are conventional construction model, preventive construction model based on game equilibrium control and life cycle maximization prediction model based on passive low energy consumption design, on the basis of which the construction cost of passive low energy consumption building in coastal green city is predicted. The adaptive equilibrium control method is used to construct the mathematical model of construction cost control. The simulation results show that the model can make the construction cost and output capacity of passive low energy consumption building in coastal green city maintain a reasonable economic and applicable proportion relationship, reduce the construction cost of passive low energy consumption building in coastal green city, improve the construction cost capacity of passive low energy consumption building in coastal green city, and the economic benefit is considerable.

With the development of the society, terrestrial and marine ecosystems are destroyed seriously. To protect the ecosystems, ecological design is the key factor to implement the extended producer responsibility system (EPR), which can effectively improve the nature resource utilization, and reduce the waste of resources and environmental destruction during the production, circulation, use and processing stages for products. Firstly, this paper studies the driving factors of producer extended responsibility system, which includes government regulation and incentive, consumer demand pressure, the internal environment of the enterprise management and so on. After analyzing these factors, this paper studies the driving factors on ecological design. Through interviews and questionnaires on the production enterprises, and combined with the current research literatures in china and abroad, this paper verified and developed the scale for ecological design, extended producer responsibility, the driving force of ecological performance factors. The results show that as key elements of EPR, government regulation and incentives, corporate internal environment management can effectively promote the concept and behavior of ecological design of manufacturing enterprises; but consumer demand pressure cannot significantly affect the implementation of ecological design.

In this paper, maximal entropy fuzzy evaluation method and Ecps evaluation method are used to evaluate the self-recovery ability of ecological resources in Lixiahe River from river ecological resources and wetland ecological resources two aspects. Maximal entropy fuzzy evaluation method has randomness and fuzziness in analyzing the self-recovery ability. After determining the evaluation index, the self-recovery ability evaluation model of river ecological resources can be constructed to calculate the fuzzy evaluation value. Ecps evaluation method helps to construct a self-recovery capacity assessment system about Lixiahe River wetland ecological resources that includes its characteristics, process and service forms. In this method, analytic hierarchy process play a role in determining the weight of each index and calculating the comprehensive score of wetland resilience. In order to obtain the evaluation results, two calculation results are combined to make a contrast with the evaluation criteria of river ecological resources self-recovery ability. The experimental analysis found that the method can effectively assess the self-recovery ability of the ecological resources in Lixiahe River and meanwhile provide a scientific basis for improving the self-recovering ability and ecological environment of Lixiahe Water Town.

Using the DEA-Malmquist index, total factor productivity (TFP) of fisheries economies in 12 mainland China and Taiwan coastal areas, regional differences in economic efficiency in these areas, and capture and aquaculture TFP and its decomposition, are analyzed from 1996 to 2015. Technical efficiency change (TEC) and technology progress (TP) promoted improvement of fisheries total factor productivity (TFP). Taiwan fisheries TFP was greater than that of mainland China, when average TFP values (1.056 and 1.026, respectively) are calculated over 19 time periods. The Taiwan Fisheries Association has played a key role in improving fisheries TFP. Slow growth was experienced in capture-based fisheries on both sides of the Taiwan Strait, with TEC promoting and TP hindering TFP; TFP in mainland China was slightly higher than on Taiwan, with average values over 19 time periods being 1.010 and 1.005, respectively. In aquaculture, TE and TEC promoted TFP growth; TFP in Taiwan was higher than on mainland China over 19 time periods, averaging 1.077 and 1.032, respectively. A comparison of fisheries and management practices on mainland China and Taiwan facilitates development of new international fisheries; we propose vigorous investment in aquaculture, establishment of fisheries cooperatives, protection of natural fishing resources, and encouragement of large-scale farming.

In order to improve the monitoring and management ability of marine rainfall in different duration, it is necessary to predict the ocean rainfall flow in different duration, and a combined forecasting method of marine rainfall based on mathematical probability and statistical analysis is proposed. The statistical analysis model of big data for different diachronic ocean rainfall combinations is constructed. The fuzzy state monitoring method is used to detect the state distribution of marine rainfall flow in different duration, the mathematical probability and statistical characteristics of different diachronic marine rainfall combinations are extracted, and the mathematical probability statistical distribution expression information of different duration marine rainfall information is analyzed. The mathematical probability density characteristic detection method is used to cluster analysis of marine rainfall flow in different duration, and the fuzzy adaptive scheduling method is used to realize the combined prediction of marine rainfall in different duration. The simulation results show that the method has high accuracy and good adaptability to marine climate and environment.

A flood vulnerability comprehensive evaluation model (FVCEM) was established by interpreting remote sensing (RS) image data for 1987, 1998, and 2008 using Environment for Visualizing Images (ENVI) software and a geographical information system (GIS), as well as analysing historical disaster maps and statistical yearbook data regarding flood disasters in the Dongting Lake Area in China. Using the method of analytic hierarchy process (AHP) etc., the influence of land use/cover change on flood vulnerability was studied. The vulnerability of the local population and economy to flooding was assessed by means of FVCEM. The results showed that the vulnerability parameters of hazard-affected bodies were different for different land use types, which influenced the subsequent flood vulnerability. The flood vulnerability value over the period of 1987-2008 exhibited an increasing trend, with obvious spatial heterogeneity. The hinterland of the Dongting Lake Area was found to be susceptible to flood hazard. The flood risk regionalization and risk management should be carried out urgently by local government according to the temporal and spatial vary characteristics of flood vulnerability, land use model suitable for these characteristics should be constructed timely by residents.

In this paper, sodium molybdate, sodium tungstate and sodium citrate were selected to compose a series of corrosion inhibitor solutions in different proportions. Their corrosion inhibition effects on standard Q235 carbon steel in simulated seawater were determined by static weightlessness method, polarization curve method and scanning tunneling microscopy (STM), and the corrosion inhibitor formula having better synergistic corrosion inhibition effect with molybdate was determined through experiments. The results show that the concentration of tungstate inhibitor was too high, but the inhibition rate was very low when tungstate and molybdate are combined. When sodium citrate and molybdate were combined and tungstate was added, the corrosion inhibition rate of the composite inhibitor increased obviously, but increased first and then decreased, indicating that there was an optimum ratio between sodium tungstate and sodium citrate, which made the inhibitor have a good synergistic effect. At the same time, it was found that: (1) sodium tungstate is an anodic corrosion inhibitor which mainly inhibits the anodic reaction; (2) when the concentration of composite corrosion inhibitor is more than 300 mg/L, it can protect Q235 carbon steel well, and the lower the temperature of sea water is, the better the protection effect is.

In order to improve the spatial planning ability of island port landscape pattern, an image planning and design method based on block matching space reconstruction for island port landscape pattern spatial structure is proposed. Firstly, the information transmission model of the spatial structure image of the island port landscape pattern is constructed, and the sub-spatial structure block matching and the priority determination of the spatial planning of the island port landscape pattern are carried out. Then the multi-layer wavelet feature decomposition method is used to decompose and fuse the spatial distribution images of the island port landscape pattern, and the block matching space area reconstruction is carried out to realize the optimization planning and design of the island port landscape pattern spatial structure. The simulation results show that the restoration performance of the reconstruction modeling of the spatial structure image of the island port landscape pattern is better, the spatial integration degree of the island port landscape pattern is higher, and the peak signal-to-noise ratio is high. In order to improve the intelligent inspection ability of marine disasters, an intelligent inspection method of marine disasters based on intelligent visual feature analysis of UAV is proposed, the remote sensing image acquisition model of UAV for intelligent inspection of marine disasters is constructed, the remote sensing feature detection of UAV for intelligent inspection of marine disasters is carried out by using the method of edge profile feature decomposition of marine disasters, and the pixel spatial reconstruction model of remote sensing images of UAV for intelligent inspection of marine disasters is constructed. Edge pixel information fusion and image region reconstruction are used to extract the high spatial features of UAV remote sensing images for intelligent inspection of marine disasters. Combined with UAV remote sensing data fusion method, the intelligent inspection of marine disasters is realized. The simulation results show that the method has good accuracy in intelligent inspection of marine disasters, and the accuracy of remote sensing feature extraction of UAV in intelligent inspection of marine disasters is high, and the intelligent inspection and dynamic real-time monitoring of marine disasters are realized.

The changes of precipitation affect the urban rainstorm waterlogging and water resources management, which have important influences on the sustainable development of society. The primary objective of the paper is to provide theoretical basis for local water resources management and disaster prevention and reduction by analyzing the multiscale variability of precipitation and their teleconnection with large-scale climate anomalies in Xi'an city of China. The change characteristics of precipitation and extreme precipitation indices were investigated using Mann-Kendall test, Spearman's rank correlation and wavelet analysis. The cross wavelet transform and wavelet coherence were used to explore the correlations between the precipitation and large-scale teleconnection indices such as Arctic Oscillation (AO), Southern Oscillation Index (SOI), El Niño-Southern Oscillation (ENSO) and sunspot. Results indicate that: the precipitation was mainly concentrated in summer, followed by autumn. The annual, seasonal and monthly precipitation except June and August had decreasing trends, and the magnitudes of precipitation decrease were more pronounced in spring, April and November. The change patterns varied for extreme precipitation indices. The temporal variation in extreme precipitation indices indicated that the extreme precipitation events had mainly increased during 1971-1990 and 1991-2017, and decreased during 1951-1970 and 1951-2017, especially, increased more pronounced during 1991-2017 and decreased more pronounced during 1951-1970. The precipitation exhibited a fluctuant change from increase to decrease, then increase to decrease and finally increase trends, and there was an abrupt change point in 1965. The annual precipitation had statistically significant cycles of 3-5 year and 7-10 year at 5% significance level. The large-scale teleconnection indices affected the precipitation in Xi'an city. The phase differences between precipitation and teleconnection indices including AO and SOI were in-phase dominated, and anti-phase dominated between precipitation and teleconnection indices including ENSO and sunspot, indicating that the AO and SOI exerted positive climate impacts on the precipitation and vice-versa for ENSO and sunspot.

Using acoustic Doppler current profiler data from a single station for one year in duration, as well as associated tide level and wind field observational data, the corresponding relationship between westward storm jets and water level fluctuation near the coast of Guangxi during Typhoon Nesat in 2011 is studied. The primary causes of the formation of the westward storm jets near the coast of Guangxi during the typhoon are analyzed. The results show that during the landfall of the typhoon, the surface and bottom current velocities were more than doubled compared to conditions without the typhoon. The maximum residual current speed was more than tripled compared to the normal situation. It is very rare to observe such strong westward storm jets less than 1 km offshore. The generation of strong westward storm jets and water level fluctuation were closely related to the typhoon. Systematic study on the theories of deformation, intensification, and decay of storm jets after the jets entered the coastal bay of Guangxi during the typhoon is of theoretical and practical significance for revealing the characteristics of Guangxi nearshore pollutant transport.

In order to improve the optimal management and bearing control ability of Hainan boundary island waters ecological environment, it is necessary to optimize and predict the ecological environment carrying capacity of Hainan boundary island waters, and put forward the optimization prediction method of Hainan boundary island waters ecological environment carrying capacity based on association rule bearing control and fuzzy adaptive clustering. The statistical sequence distribution model of ecological environment carrying capacity of Hainan boundary island waters is constructed. Big data statistical information modeling of Hainan boundary island waters ecological environment carrying capacity is carried out by using big data mining method. The characteristics of association rules of Hainan boundary island waters ecological environment carrying capacity are extracted, and the automatic clustering treatment of Hainan boundary island waters ecological environment carrying capacity big data is carried out by using fuzzy clustering method. The optimal iterative model for predicting the ecological environment carrying capacity of Hainan boundary island waters is established, and the optimal prediction of ecological environment carrying capacity of Hainan boundary island waters is realized by combining the adaptive optimization algorithm. The simulation results show that the method has good adaptability and high prediction accuracy, and improves the adaptive bearing control and management ability of the ecological environment of Hainan boundary island waters.

Since the 1990's, China's marine management has undergone a series of developments. It has progressed from lawlessness to the rule of law, from blind development to a rational planning and from over-exploitation to ecological use of marine resources. Based on the ecological conditions and the characteristics of the marine utilization in China, this paper describes the concept of the “ecological utilization of marine resources (EUMR)” and its development, connotation and foundation. Furthermore, it presents the new regulations on China's regional infrastructural planning for marine utilization, protection and utilization of the coastline, marine ecological red line, and others. Lastly, this paper proposes some suggestions on the implementation of the EUMR from four aspects, namely, the ecological development, ecological protection, resource conservation and remediation. Adhering to the EUMR has become the new principle of marine management in China, and this principle provides a direction for solving the problems regarding the excessive consumption of the marine resources and deteriorating ecological environment. Furthermore, it can act as a healthy base of marine management experiences for other coastal countries to study and follow them.

The establishment of Xiong'an New Area in Hebei Province has gained immense attention from the whole scientific community. The Daqing River Basin (DRB), where the New Area is located, has become a new focus of hydrological scientists. The vegetation cover plays a key role in hydrological and biogeochemical cycles, serving as a reference to understand the ecological environment and water circulation status of the watershed. To analyse the current situation of climate and vegetation changes in the DRB, kriging interpolation, moving average, trend analysis of Theil–Sen median, and Mann-Kendall statistical test were used based on ground-based observation data and Moderate-resolution Imaging Spectroradiometer (MODIS) normalized difference vegetation index (NDVI) data. The annual mean values of NDVI showed a significant upward trend from 2000 to 2015. The fluctuations in seasonal NDVI values followed this trend correspondingly to various extents. The variations in NDVI value positively correlated with those in temperature, both on the annual scale and during summer seasons (P ≤ 0.05). A large improvement in the vegetation cover of DRB was observed (54.21% of the areas), mainly distributed in the northeast of Mountainous Areas of Daqing River Basin and West Plain of Baiyangdian Lake. The findings might be helpful to understand the water and energy flux cycling in the changing environment of this region, providing guiding information on river basin management and the planning and construction of New Area.

The rational planning and operation of the reservoir are complicated because of many variables and constraints. With the target of ensuring the safety of river ecosystems, this paper takes the Three Gorges Reservoir as the research object and constructs a multi-objective optimization model for power generation, ecological dispatching and minimum power output of the power station. The model results calculated by the multi-objective cultured evolutionary algorithm based on decomposition (MOCEA/D) indicate it is feasible to slightly reduce the benefits of the other two targets to increase ecological dispatching benefit. And the calculation results can obtain multiple optimal scheduling schemes with good convergence, which can provide scheduling solutions for large reservoirs.

Coral reefs are structures formed by animals known as stony corals, which have an important impact on the physical and ecological environment of their surroundings. Presently, coral reefs are severely damaged by a variety of human activities and by global climate change. This paper is intended to explore the potential of using WorldView-2 (WV2) satellite images for coral reef bottom types classification. The research area for this study is around Ganquan Island in the South China Sea. Sunny sky and cloudless WV2 satellite imagery is selected to reduce atmospheric impact and improve the accuracy of coral reef classification. For the preprocessed imagery data, training samples were manually established, and the seafloor reef bottom types in the sea near Ganquan Island were divided into five substratum categories: coral reef, sand, reef, spray and deep sea water. These are classified using a Support Vector Machine (SVM), a Neural Network and the Maximum Likelihood method. The classification results were verified by comparing the satellite image visual interpretation classification results and the field seafloor image data. Confusion matrixes was compared and the classification accuracy was evaluated. The results show that the classification based on the SVM method is the best, with a total classification accuracy of 93.33% and a Kappa coefficient of 0.89. These results prove that high-resolution images can provide detailed and accurate information for coral reef bottom types classification and thus provide a scientific basis and reliable data for the establishment of a more complete coral reef ecological monitoring system and marine ecological environmental protection system.

Red tide, mainly caused by the large-scale reproduction of microscopic algae, has virtually affected every coastal country or region in the whole world over the last several decades. In order to control and mitigate the proliferation and diffusion of red tide microalgae, there are many methods or strategies for fighting or inhibiting red tide microalgae species, these methods or strategies included mechanical, chemical, biological, genetic methods and others. Unfortunately, the use of these methods or strategies is usually ineffective. There are some evidences that the inhibition effect of marine macroalgae on the growth of red tide microalgae is mainly due to the release of bioactive molecules, which are mainly secondary metabolites. Thus, antialgal secondary metabolites, isolated marine macroalgae, have become an environmentally friendly alternative approach. And relevant researches of antialgal secondary metabolites in marine macroalgae, such as screen, isolation, identification and other research etc., have also become very important subjects to biological control of red tide microalgae. The inhibition effects of marine macroalgae on red tide microalgae are here reviewed, focusing on antialgal secondary metabolites, isolated from marine macroalgae, against red tide microalgae growth. Further, this paper describes isolation and EC_{50-96 h} (half maximal effective concentration) or IC_{50-96 h} (half maximal inhibitory concentration) for red tide microalgae of some antialgal secondary metabolites, including the recently discovered compounds. Finally, this review is the first to demonstrate that development relationships between macroalgae and red tide using CiteSpace, and cluster view of macroalgae and red tide is given for the first time. This work provides scientists in the field with the necessary information and the urgent need to isolate and identify screening antialgal secondary metabolites in different marine macroalgae. Also, analysis result, which obtained through CiteSpace, has pointed out that allelopathic interaction between marine macroalgae and red tide microalgae has been developed into a study area during the last twenty years.

The current image restoration algorithms mainly use a single method to restore haze images over the ocean. It is impossible to perform super-resolution restoration, and at the same time, it is impossible to aggregate the advantages of various algorithms, which has some limitations. As a result, the image restoration performance is not good, and the effect is poor. To address this problem, a regular super resolution restoration algorithm for single fog haze images over the sea based on fuzzy similarity fusion is proposed in this paper. The non-local mean of the discrete cosine transform is used to denoise the haze images over the sea and keep the smooth part of the smog image and most of the details. The fuzzy similarity fusion algorithm is used to fuse the haze images over the sea after denoising, and the pixels of the restored image with a certain similarity is weighted and averaged. The weight is determined by the regional feature of the pixel, and finally the fusion image is obtained. Combining the haze images over the sea and the regular super resolution restoration algorithm, the priori information of the sequence image is used to effectively suppress the ringing effect of the restored image, and achieve the regular super resolution restoration of the single haze over a single sea. Experimental results show that the proposed algorithm can effectively improve the restoration effect of haze images over the sea.

In ocean monitoring and development, underwater image processing and recognition has gradually become a hot topic in ocean research. Because of the complex shooting environment, the underwater image is often seriously distorted. The absorption of water will lead to the attenuation of light in the transmission process, and the scattering of water will make the whole image appear atomization effect. According to the characteristics of underwater light propagation and underwater imaging system, the characteristics of underwater noise are analyzed. Butterworth high pass filter is used to smooth the backscatter noise of low frequency underwater image. On the basis of the above, SIFT feature points are extracted from the improved gray image, and K-nearest neighbor algorithm is used to match the feature points extracted from the standard image data set to obtain the information features of marine plants. The experimental results show that this method can obtain more feature points of marine plant information, and at the same time guarantee the accuracy of feature extraction time.

In considering the climate, it is of practical significance to study the adaptability of building layout in coastal areas for reducing the total energy consumption and the use of comfort in the life cycle of buildings in this area. A hierarchical layout method of coastal buildings based on genetic algorithm is proposed to satisfy the dynamic comfort of buildings in use. The energy consumption cost is introduced into the expenditure cost of coastal buildings, and the hierarchical layout model of coastal buildings based on the energy consumption cost combination is established. The genetic algorithm is used to constrain and control the layout model, and the original genetic algorithm is improved. In terms of fitness function, symmetry and golden section are added to solve the layout model. The experimental results show that the method requires shorter completion time and less energy consumption.

The gas bearing property of marine shale is very important to the reserve calculation of shale gas field, which is directly related to the productivity and decline law of shale gas. The development of coastal shale gas is also the reserve field of shale gas exploration at present. Based on the conventional marine shale, this study adopts cylindrical shale core to measure the adsorption gas volume by testing the gas volume change in the process of pressure reduction and desorption of marine shale gas, simulates the conditions of different temperature, pressure, water cut, real pore structure and so on, and eliminates the negative adsorption anomaly of isotherm adsorption curve. The effects of organic matter content, pressure, temperature, water content and gas composition on the adsorption capacity of marine shale were analyzed. The experimental results show that the pressure condition controls the desorption process of shale gas, and the increase of pressure suppresses the desorption of shale gas. Within a certain range, with the increase of pressure, the adsorption gas volume of marine shale also increases. A large number of micropores of organic matter are developed, which greatly increases the specific surface area of organic matter. Under certain maturity conditions, with the increase of organic matter content, the adsorption volume of shale increases. The increase of temperature increases the activation energy of molecular surface and accelerates the desorption process of shale gas. When the shale is water-bearing, the water molecules occupy the active adsorption site on the shale mineral surface, which reduces the shale gas adsorption capacity. The research results have certain theoretical guidance for the exploration and development of coastal shale gas in the next stage.

The characteristics of slope slip rate of coastal geotechnical engineering are extracted and analyzed in different environments, the geological characteristics of coastal geotechnical are reconstructed, and the prediction of slope slip rate of coastal geotechnical and the construction of coastal geotechnical engineering are realized. A prediction method for slope slip rate of coastal geotechnical engineering based on fuzzy C-means clustering method is proposed to identify the lithologic characteristics of coastal rock and soil. Firstly, the spatial triangulation method is used to extract the scattered data of the geological layer of the rock and soil in the coastal zone, and the data fitting model of the slope slip rate interpretation of the lithology of the rock and soil in the coastal zone is constructed. The improved FCM method is used to classify the extracted data of slope slip rate of geotechnical engineering in coastal zone, so as to realize the adaptive clustering of lithologic properties of rock and soil in different coastal zones. According to the environmental change, vector cutting is carried out on the regional layer surface of the coastal rock and soil, and the dynamic prediction of the slope slip rate of the geotechnical engineering in the coastal zone is realized. The simulation results show that this method has high accuracy in classification of soil slip rate and prediction of slope slip rate in coastal zone geotechnical engineering, and can realize the construction of geotechnical engineering and landslide control in coastal zone.

In order to improve the information management ability of marine climate data, a dynamic updating model of temporal oriented marine climate database is constructed, and a dynamic updating method of temporal oriented marine climate database based on association rule feature decomposition and marine climate data integration fusion technology is proposed. The temporal oriented marine climate database is collected by using the method of Internet of things networking and sensor node networking, and the dynamic updating and fusion of temporal oriented marine climate database information is carried out by using the distributed phase space recombination method, and the statistical features of temporal oriented marine climate database are extracted, and the similarity model of large scale temporal oriented marine climate database feature distribution is formed. The machine learning method is used to carry out the fuzzy iteration of temporal marine climate database, and the piecewise linear test and statistical regression analysis method are used to realize the quantitative recurrent analysis of temporal oriented marine climate database, and the dynamic updating and feature reconstruction of temporal oriented marine climate database are carried out in the recurrent graph. The simulation results show that the dynamic updating of temporal oriented marine climate database is stable and the degree of information fusion is good.

Geographical remote sensing imaging technology is used to image the ecological landscape of marine islands, and remote sensing image data of ecological landscape features of marine islands are extracted. In view of the multi-spectral remote sensing data of multi-spectral remote sensing data based on mathematical morphology segmentation method, the extraction of ecological landscape geographic information of marine islands is easy to produce pseudo-edges and miss detection. This paper presents a design method of marine island ecological landscape geography planning based on genetic algorithm based on remote sensing data of marine island ecological landscape. Firstly, geographical remote sensing imaging technology is used to collect remote sensing data of marine island ecological landscape, and image fusion filtering and block matching are carried out for the collected remote sensing image of marine island ecological landscape. Taking the extracted boundary features of marine island ecological landscape as the center moment, the affine invariant moment of remote sensing image of marine island ecological landscape is obtained. Combining with genetic algorithm, the extraction and optimization of marine island ecological landscape geographic information is realized. Taking NanSan Island in Guangdong as an example, the simulation of marine island ecological landscape geographic planning and design is carried out. The results show that the marine island ecological landscape geographic planning and design is reasonable and accurate information detection efficiency is high. The regional planning capacity for islands is better.

The power training of beach sports has gradually become a new method of increasing the muscle strength and improving the athletic performance. Anklebone ligamentous injury accounts for a large proportion in the athletic injury. Therefore, in order to improve the quality of beach sports power training, it is necessary to establish the relationship model of ankle joint injury caused by the power training of beach sports, and to study the effect of beach sports power training on ankle joint injury. However, when the current model is used to analyze the impact of beach sports power training on the injury of ankle joint, the principal component of effect of beach sports power training on ankle joint injury cannot be given, and the analysis precision is low. To this end, we proposed a model to evaluate the effect of beach sports power training on ankle joint injury. This method uses the principal component analysis theory to extract the maximum principal component of the effect of training on the ankle joint injury, and calculates the LASSO-Granger causality measurement values between the principal components. The kernel matrix of the principal component feature space is given and input in the support vector machine classifier which represents influence of training on ankle joint injury. The principal component characteristics of each influencing factor are marked, and the correlation between marked characteristics is obtained, and a new output kernel function is constructed. Based on this, the study on the impact of beach sports power training on ankle joint injury is completed. Simulation results showed that the accuracy of the proposed model is high, which can effectively ensure the smooth power training of beach sports and enhance the quality of beach sports power training.

Aiming at the problem of low coincidence between simulated and actual values of injury prevention methods in island survival training for university students, a method of injury prevention in island survival training based on PCA-SIFT features and Bayesian decision-making is proposed. This paper analyzed the most common injuries in island survival training for university students: ankle and knee joint; it also used generalized cross validation criteria and genetic method to select the optimal threshold to denoise the curved wave coefficients obtained. The extension frequency of the denoised image is used to enhance the ankle and knee joint images of university students. The PCA-SIFT features of each kind of image are extracted randomly from the sample set, and the unstable features are eliminated by the matching ratio. Bayesian decision-making is used to classify and process the images to be classified, the relevant information of ankle and knee joint injury of university students is obtained, and the prevention and treatment plan is obtained according to the information of injury and disease. The experimental results show that, compared with other methods, the proposed method has 99% coincidence between simulated and actual values in predicting injury and illness in island survival training for university students, which verifies the effectiveness of the proposed method.

In the current beach sports, the research on the injury prevention of knee joint has the problems of poor detection accuracy, long time-consuming, and unsatisfactory treatment effect of knee joint image. In order to solve these problems, the injury prevention method of knee joint caused by beach athlete's cross-step fall based on the PCA-SIFT feature and the Bayesian decision-making is proposed. The TE-WI uncooled focal plane infrared camera is used to capture the knee image of the athlete. The curvelet forward transformation is used to decompose the image into sub-bands of different scales and different directions, and obtain the curvelet coefficients. Generalized cross validation and genetics are used to acquire the asymptotic optimal threshold. The obtained curvelet coefficients are denoised and the image is reconstructed. The denoised image is subjected to the extension processing to enhance the image of the athlete's knee joint. The sample set is randomly selected, and the PCA-SIFT features of each type of image are extracted, and the unstable features are eliminated by the mutual matching rate. Bayesian decision-making is used to classify the images to be classified, and the information about knee joint injuries of athletes is obtained. The prevention and treatment plan is determined according to the damage information. Experiments show that with this method, the image enhancement coefficient is up to 0.99, the athlete's damage detection accuracy is up to 99%, and the damage detection time is the lowest, being 0.42 h. The method has the good image enhancement effect, which improves the accuracy of damage detection and reduces the time required for damage detection.

By analyzing the force relationship model of wave high speed impact on surfer ankle and ankle complex model, the design of motion complex model under high speed wave impact promotes surfer to give full play to his body function. In this paper, a dynamic analysis model of surfer ankle complex model based on multi-dimensional motion feature decomposition and body structure reconstruction is proposed, and the influence of wave high speed impact on surfer ankle complex model is analyzed. Firstly, the kinematic relationship model of ankle-ankle complex model of surfer is constructed, and the muscle movement space of 7 degrees of freedom of surfer's lower extremity is reconstructed. The mechanical model of surfer ankle and ankle complex model induced by high speed wave shock is analyzed, and the dynamic response model is improved. The simulation results show that the model can accurately reflect the movement characteristics of the ankle-ankle complex model of surfers by using the model to analyze the effect of high-speed wave shock on the activities of surfer ankle-ankle complex model. The optimal arrangement of ankle and ankle joint under the high speed impact of waves can effectively improve the sports effect and performance of surfers.

The opening compensation value is a constraint parameter, an anti-saturation feedback tracking control method is adopted to carry out steady-state control of the output inertia torque of a plurality of energy hybrid power generation motors in an ocean island. And constructing a motor feedback tracking function to perform the output adaptive parameter adjustment of a plurality of energy hybrid power generation motors in an ocean island, and building an output power steady state compensator to perform power gain compensation so as to realize the optimization of the rotation speed control of a plurality of energy hybrid power generation motors in an ocean island. The simulation results show that the stability of the speed control of a plurality of energy hybrid power generation motors in an ocean island is good, the gain of the opening compensation value of the motor is improved, and the hybrid power generation capacity of a plurality of energy sources in the ocean island is improved.

Offshore wind energy has been recognized as one of the most promising renewable energy resources available. High-voltage direct current (HVDC) appears to be the most viable option for solving the transmission of the large amount of energy over long distances of the integration of offshore wind farms. However, HVDC with large capacity is continually being commissioned, the coupling and interaction between the sending-side and receiving-side AC systems interconnected by large-scale DC links are becoming significant. Power impacts caused by DC commutation failures (CFs) may lead to power fluctuation on two-area interconnected power system. If the DC capacity is large enough, the stability of power system may be threatened. In this paper, using equal area rule, the stability limit of DC transmission capacity is analyzed. In addition, based on the power system three-stage power allocation theory after power impacts, the power fluctuation of the two-area AC/DC parallel transmission system caused by CFs was represented as the impulse response of a two-order linear system model. The key factors affecting the stability limit are furtherly discussed. Then the results are verified using advanced digital power system simulator (ADPSS) for the two-area IEEE-39 network model for AC/DC parallel transmission. Finally, the control measures for improving the stability of AC/DC parallel transmission system were put forward.

In order to shorten the calculating time effectively for solving the medium-and-long term optimal scheduling model of cascade hydropower stations, based on the decomposition and coordination method of large-scale system, topological parallel computing is proposed in this paper. Then, taking the cascade hydropower station system located in one watershed of Southwest China as an example, the decomposition and coordination topology parallel computing method is validated in its medium-and-long term optimal scheduling of power generation. It provides a new research direction for improving the calculating efficiency of the optimal scheduling model of giant hydropower stations, the purpose of which is to make full use of water resources.

According to the regional characteristics of reactive power market, based on cooperation games theory, the paper constructed reactive power cooperation game model of power factory. Shapley method was adopted to solve the cooperation games model. Example was used to analyze the profit assignment of the power factory in view of different conditions, including full-coalition, non-coalition and partly-coalition. The application of the examples can explain that Nash equilibrium exists in the quotation strategy of the power factory and the suppliers may conspire to control the price. Under the auction mechanism of the market clearance price, the power factory has the motion of pursuit for the high price. The market force of power factory is obvious especially in the peak of power demand.

After analysis, Jilin Province, as an old industrial base in Northeast China, has a close relationship between energy consumption intensity and industrial weight. The increase of offshore PV and wind power installation capacity can increase the uncertainty and randomness of the power system. Therefore, it is necessary to study the offshore multi-energy system. A traditional offshore community with hybrid energy storage system (HESS) installation usually participates in demand response program to improve system economy. However, due to the high price and low discharge power of the HESS, it cannot response to the loads effectively. This paper introduces water electrolysis and on-board hydrogen storage technologies to an offshore multi-energy system, so as to effectively optimize the operation of system. Subsequently, to analyze the impact of climate change on system operation, the concept of loads matching degree is firstly defined. Finally, this paper gives a suggestion for an existed offshore multi-energy system on how to reasonably increase renewable generation system installation capacity. Results show that compared with the traditional offshore multi-energy system, the improved system can significantly reduce system operation costs and carbon emissions by 23.02% and 48.43%, respectively. Additionally, with the increase of loads matching degree, offshore system optimal operation costs, carbon emissions and the amount of hydrogen produced by water electrolysis reduce significantly. Finally, the growth of renewable energy generation capacity can lead to the reduce of emissions and increase of operating costs.

In order to avoid the waste of the marine renewable energy reserves, the traditional method adopts the linear distribution sequence prediction algorithm, and the random distribution of the reserve distribution sequence of the marine renewable energy is not taken into consideration, leading to a low prediction accuracy. A Dynamic Source Routin (DSR) model-based renewable energy reserve sequence prediction algorithm is proposed. The non-linear distribution sequence analysis model of the marine renewable energy reserve data is constructed, the marine renewable energy reserve data is embedded into the high-phase space by adopting a phase space reconstruction method, the non-linear characteristic of the marine renewable energy reserve distribution sequence is extracted in the phase space. And the accurate prediction of the marine renewable energy reserve distribution sequence is realized, and the accurate prediction of the marine renewable energy reserves is realized by combining the DSR model. The simulation results show that the accuracy of the marine renewable energy reserves prediction is high by the method, and the internal structure characteristics of the marine renewable energy reserve data can be effectively reflected by the DSR model analysis and reconstruction. And the characteristic analysis capability of the prediction performance and the marine renewable energy reserve data is improved.

To improve the real-time detection ability of digital measurement information of power supply load change in port, a digital measurement method of port power supply load change based on multi-port radio frequency identification technology is proposed. The radio frequency tag identification model for automatic collection of digital measurement information of power supply load change in port is constructed, and the wireless radio frequency label node optimal deployment method is used to automatically collect the digital measurement information of power supply load change in port. Multi-radio frequency tag information fusion technology is used to extract characteristics and cluster analysis of digital measurement information of power supply load change in port. The sampling digital measurement information of power supply load change of port power supply is decomposed by multi-dimension scale analysis method, and the adaptive classification of digital measurement information of power supply load change of port power supply is carried out by combining the feature extraction method. The pattern recognition technology and RFID technology are used to realize the optimized classification detection and automatic collection of digital measurement information of power supply load change in port. The test results show that the model has higher accuracy, better performance of information fusion and accurate and reliable measurement results for the change of power load in port power supply digital measurement.

The accumulator is a special container which used for accumulate energy and its responsiveness plays an important role in improving hydraulic system performance. Therefore, it can be seen from the current research results that most scholars focus on the bladder-type accumulator owing to the reflection of the bladder-type accumulator is fast. The hydraulic system with a bladder-type accumulator is adapted to absorb shock pressure and eliminate pressure pulsations. However, due to the sudden change of the reversing valve or the sudden stop of the actuator, the pressure shock will occur in the hydraulic system, and the relief valve will not be able to move, which will cause the pipeline to vibrate. In severe cases, the hydraulic pipe will be broken and caused a safety accident. In actual use, the effect of absorbing pressure shock is not ideal due to improper selection of accumulator parameters. Therefore, the main objective of this study is to use theoretical analysis, computer simulation and experimental research to analyse the influence of accumulator parameters on the hydraulic system.

The accurate prediction of wind speed, which greatly influences the secure and efficient application of wind energy, is still an important issue and a huge challenge. Previous research has largely focused on advanced algorithms, often ignoring the contribution of expanding predictors to predict wind speed. In order to promote the accuracy of forecasting, this study proposes a provisory wind speed forecasting model based on spatial-temporal correlation (SC) theory, in which the target and adjacent wind turbines, as well as the related time-lag characteristics, are examined through Wavelet Coherence Transformation analysis (WCT). Prior to that, the continuous wavelet transforms (CWT) are used to detect the spatial–temporal correlations with adjacent wind turbines. The CWT results show that the adjacent wind turbines which have a strong correlation with the target wind turbine are adopted as important factors of the forecasting model. Moreover, the study focuses on long short term memory (LSTM), a typical deep learning model from the family of deep neural networks, and compares its forecast accuracy to traditional methods with a proven track record of wind speed forecasting. Wind speed series of these model tests are taken from a Buckley City wind farm in Washington State, USA. The results of testing set reveal that (1) the root mean square error (RMSE), mean absolute error (MAE), and mean absolute percentage error (MAPE) of the proposed model (SC-LSTM) are 0.49 m/s, 0.28 m/s and 2.57%, respectively, which are much lower than those of the conventional Back Propagation (BP) model, Extreme Learning Machines (ELM) model, and Support Vector Machine (SVM) model; (2) the proposed model that considers spatial–temporal correlations with adjacent wind turbines based on the WCT can obtain reliable and excellent prediction results, providing an excellent hybrid model for wind speed forecasts.

The current algorithm can not effectively separate the time-frequency overlapping interference signals in the anonymous communication of the wireless network for ships. The bit error rate is low, the separated interference signals lose more characteristics of the source signals, and the signal quality is poor. An algorithm for separating interference signals in anonymous communication of wireless network for ships is proposed. The transmission model of communication signals in anonymous communication channels of wireless network for ships is analyzed, and the influence of communication channels on signals is determined. Through spectrum analysis of received interference signals, the whole frequency band of communication signals is divided into several sub-bands. The frequency domain overlap in each signal sub-band is judged, and the number of interference signals is roughly estimated, which retains more frequency domain information characteristics of interference signals. At the same time, the frequency domain characteristics of redundant signals in the frequency band are removed, which obviously reduce the difficulty of separating interference signals in anonymous communication of wireless network for ships, and overcome the drawbacks of current algorithms. For the phenomenon of overlapping signal frequency domain in anonymous communication of wireless network for ships, the overlapping signal in sub-band is separated in spatial domain by receiving signal beam through beamforming technology, and the incident frequency bands with the same direction are reassembled to complete the separation. The experimental results show that the proposed algorithm achieves accurate separation of interference signals, improves the quality of communication signals and reduces the bit error rate.

Aiming at the actual situation of marine buoy data monitoring and the problems of poor anti-interference performance, low fault tolerance coefficient and high energy consumption in current communication system, the hardware design of marine buoy data communication terminal based on the 1^st generation Beidou navigation positioning system is proposed. Based on the marine buoy system, the overall structure of communication terminal is designed. The main components of the hardware are Beidou communication module and wireless network communication module, and the auxiliary parts are antenna and power supply module. The long-distance part uses the inherent data transmission mode of Beidou navigation system to communicate, while the short-range part uses the radio network communication protocol to complete the data transmission. There are two UART interfaces in the hardware, one is connected with the auxiliary cabin, which is responsible for receiving the related data of the auxiliary cabin, including azimuth, attitude and pressure sensing, and the other UART interface is connected with the Beidou communication module, which is responsible for receiving positioning and navigation data and transmitting remote data. The experimental results show that the design has high signal-to-noise ratio, strong fault-tolerant performance, high positioning accuracy and communication success rate, low energy consumption and perfect performance.

In order to effectively reduce the cost and completion time of resource scheduling, an optimal scheduling method for marine transportation resources based on wolf swarm optimization is proposed. In order to expand the theoretical system and practical application of wolf swarm optimization, aiming at a series of shortcomings existing in wolf swarm algorithm, the wolf swarm method is optimized in the following two aspects: the first is to improve the internal operation mechanism to develop the performance of wolf swarm algorithm in solving single-objective optimization, multi-peak optimization and multi-objective optimization problems; the second is to introduce other mechanisms, which are integrated into the optimization strategy of the wolf swarm algorithm, so that the algorithm has the ability to deal with multi-peak and multi-objective optimization problems. The optimal scheduling of maritime transportation resource is abstracted into the Travelling Salesman Problem (TSP) problem. The improved wolf swarm algorithm is used to solve the TSP model, and the optimal solution of the TSP model is obtained to realize the optimal scheduling of maritime transportation resource. The simulation results show that the proposed method can effectively reduce resource scheduling costs and task completion time.

With the continuous advancement of current computer virtual reality theory and technology, automatic generation technology has become an important means of research and exploration of marine animation. Based on the research of UE4 engine, this paper proposes an automatic generation technology of 3D animation based on UE4 engine. The surface level smoothing processing of 3D animated image rendering is performed by using the similarity measure method. The 3D animation image is rendered by the animated image's object hierarchy and the surface layer's following information fusion method to realize the 3D reconstruction and dynamic generation of the animated image. The experimental results show that the proposed method has higher fidelity and the effect of 3D animation is better.

Communication technology, as an indispensable high-tech in public life and work, has great significance in controlling its information transmission. Aiming at the problem of high delay and packet loss rate existing in current research results of data transmission control in wireless communication network, a blocking troubleshooting method based on probability acceptance and discarding for the wireless communication network of marine buoy is proposed. BP neural network is used to detect the noise contaminated data and label it. The labeled noise data is reconstructed by inverse distance weighted interpolation method. According to the denoising of communication network, the process of congestion control is divided into two stages: congestion avoidance and congestion mitigation by introducing probability admission and discarding mechanism. When the caching resources are relatively sufficient, the node enters the congestion avoidance stage, and reduces the probability of congestion by probability admission of messages; otherwise, the node enters the congestion alleviation stage, and uses probability discarding of messages to alleviate or relieve congestion. The experimental results show that the proposed method is reliable and has lower delay and packet loss rate compared with the reference results.

The index system of comparative analysis on the construction of transportation and logistics system in central China constructed in this paper is composed of five indexes, respectively as regional economic development level, logistics system planning, logistics demand scale, logistics supply scale and informatization level, which are endowed with weights through literature review and expert scoring. Then, the index system of logistics system is used to respectively conduct scoring and comparative analysis on each index of six provinces in central China, whose results show that the logistics system of Henan Province has the highest score, ranking first in central China, and its economic development level, logistics system planning, logistics demand scale and informatization level are all higher than the other five provinces. The next is Hunan Province, whose index of logistics supply scale has the highest score in central China. Hubei ranks third, and its logistics system planning is more scientific and reasonable, ranking first side by side with Henan Province. Then Anhui and Shanxi, while the construction of logistics system in Jiangxi is relatively backward.

The detection and recognition ability of underwater moving image target is improved, and an automatic target detection method based on optical flow feature is proposed. The contrast feature of the distribution area of the optical flow field of the underwater moving image is extracted, and the information fusion model of the underwater moving target image is constructed according to the statistical value of the inter-frame difference of the underwater moving image. In order to improve the accuracy of marine topographic mapping and improve the visual effect of marine topographic mapping, a marine topographic mapping model based on UAV digital photogrammetry technology is proposed. The UAV digital photogrammetry technology is used in the marine terrain mapping by using the image processing method. Firstly, the UAV digital photogrammetry imaging processing is carried out on the marine terrain, and the multi-scale matching filter is used to reduce the noise of the UAV digital photography image to improve the clarity of the mapping image. Then the wavelet multi-scale transformation and Harris corner detection method are used to extract the features of UAV digital photography image, and the mapping image with strong visual communication ability and obvious feature point marking is output to realize the optimal design of marine terrain mapping model. The simulation results show that the accuracy of the method is high, the peak signal-to-noise ratio of the output mapping image is high, and the surveying and mapping error is low, so it has practical value.

In order to improve the ability of marine data cartographic detection and map reconstruction, a method of marine data cartographic detection based on spatial remote sensing technology is proposed. A cartographic detection technology of marine data based on space remote sensing technology is proposed. Spatial remote sensing technology is used to remove the non-significant interference of ocean surface information in the color spots of ocean currents and monsoon. Due to the impact of burst data, delay acknowledgment, acknowledgement compression and other factors, the traditional bandwidth estimation algorithm has the problem of too high estimation value, resulting in packet loss and delay jitter, low ship communication information transmission rate and heavy transmission load. In order to improve the efficiency of cloud computing and save the overhead of Ship communication network task scheduling, this paper proposes a solution to the existing problems in scheduling algorithms of cloud computing Ship communication network task such as imbalanced resource loading, long scheduling time, and high cost in the scheduling process. A secure scheduling algorithm for Ship communication network tasks under cloud computing is described based on differential evolution algorithm. Security factors are added for the task scheduling process, and tasks with different security requirements are submitted to virtual machines with different security levels to ensure the security of the user tasks. Then, the corresponding membership functions are established for the differentiated service target constraints of the user tasks. The multi-objective constrained problem is transformed into a single-objective constrained problem by adjusting the weights of the constraints. Afterwards, a differential evolution algorithm is utilized to iteratively compute the target constrained problem, and construct a task scheduling evaluation function, and select the optimal feasibility schedule plan based on the evaluation function value. The experimental results show that compared with the current algorithm, the proposed algorithm has better load balancing in the task scheduling process, shorter scheduling time and lower cost.

In order to overcome the large amount of noise in marine communication and further improve the quality of communication under low SNR, an intelligent noise elimination algorithm based on cluster cooperation is proposed. Firstly, a finite perception congestion model is established, and a noise control strategy based on denoising operator for consistency algorithm is proposed. It is pointed out that when ε (t) is a high order infinite, the consistency algorithm after denoising can control the noise, make the Agent to converge to the original convergence state, and make the center to distribute normally. By frequency modulation, the noisy signal in communication is modulated into the instantaneous frequency of the analytic signal. In view of the non-linear characteristics of the marine communication signal, the cluster collaboration algorithm is realized by using the windowed Wigner-Ville distribution. For the high noise situation, the iterative algorithm can be used until the noise is completely eliminated. Experiments show that the algorithm can effectively eliminate communication noise and has high real-time performance.

The traditional fault tree analysis method cannot accurately evaluate the economic loss of high-density marine traffic accidents, so a fuzzy evaluation model of high-density marine traffic accident economic loss based on big data analysis is proposed. Dimensionless processing is carried out for each variable value of the economic loss evaluation index of maritime traffic accidents. According to the processing results, the absolute and relative indexes of accidents are used to reasonably convert the economic loss data of traffic accidents into safety index for calculation. On this basis, the index of the safety condition of maritime traffic is determined, and finally the construction of the fuzzy evaluation of economic loss of maritime traffic accidents is realized. The simulation results show that compared with the traditional model, the model can better reflect the actual water safety situation, and can accurately analyze and evaluate the economic losses caused by maritime traffic accidents. The paper use analyze the Change of Farmers' Household Livelihood Capital Based on the Different Travel Perception in Kengpan Ancient Village in Zhejiang Province. The results show: (1) 18 households with high perception, accounting for 24% of the total number of farmers, 45 households with a medium perception of 60% of the total number of farmers, and 12 households with low perception, accounting for 16% of the total number of farmers. High-perceived farmers are economically profitable. The perception of social culture and environment is stronger than that of middle perception and low perception farmers. (2) After the development of tourism, the five major capitals of the three types of perception types have changed to some extent. Among them, natural capital has experienced a certain degree of reduction; the increase of physical capital and financial capital; the human capital has a slight increase, but the social capital is low. The export and maritime transportation of high-tech product, as a factor to evaluate CSTI (competitiveness of science technology and innovation), has always been regarded as a general indicator, and not been paid enough attention. The traditional approach usually collects related factors of CSTI as much as possible, and the weight difference of each factor is not significant or even considered equally. By the approach of Principal Component Analysis, this paper reduces the number of factors of CSTI, and discover that the export and transportation of high-tech products has significant influence on Regional CSTI. Finally, the paper evaluates the regional CSTI of China based on the indicators including high-tech product exports and transportation.

In order to reduce the risk of marine international trade waybill and improve the ability of risk early warning, an automatic early warning model of marine international trade waybill risk based on SVM theory is proposed. The panel data statistical regression analysis technology is used to detect the risk characteristic information of marine international trade waybill. According to the detection results, the risk data characteristics of marine international trade waybill risk early warning model are analyzed, sampled and integrated, the big data information characteristic quantity associated with marine international trade waybill risk is excavated, and the least square estimation method is used to automatically assess the risk of marine international trade waybill. The association rule set and rough quantitative feature set of marine international trade waybill risk big data are extracted, and the robustness test and automatic prediction of marine international trade waybill risk assessment are carried out with the method of piecewise regression analysis, so as to realize the automatic early warning of marine international trade waybill risk. The simulation results show that the model can accurately predict the risk of marine international trade waybill, the accuracy of early warning is high, and the robustness of marine international trade waybill risk early warning is good.

The regional particularity of the coastal city determines the direction of its economic development, and the economic development mode of the coastal city mainly focuses on the seafood culture, the coastal tourism and the foreign trade port, processing and so on. In order to quantify and analyze that economic development model of the coastal urban entity, the economic development model of the coastal urban entity based on the point-axis development theory is put forward. In this paper, the effective way to study the economic development of the coastal urban entities in the context of the innovation and driving development is studied, and the main difficulties facing the economic and innovation development of the current coastal urban entities are analyzed, and the development bottleneck of the economic development of the current coastal urban entities is found. The quantitative evaluation and analysis model of the economic development model of the coastal urban entity based on the quantitative regression analysis is constructed, and the panel data fusion analysis of the economic development mode of the coastal urban entity is realized by using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. By adopting the fuzzy correlation constraint control method, the innovation driving planning and design of the economic development mode of the coastal urban entity is carried out, and the correlation analysis of the profit level and the profit quality of the economic enterprise of the coastal urban entity is realized. The validity of the economic development model of the coastal city is realized by combining the statistical analysis and the test method. Taking the economic example of the 200 coastal cities of China's coastal port cities as an example, the empirical analysis shows that the model can effectively and continuously innovate and drive the quantitative assessment of the economic development model of the coastal urban entities under the sustainable innovation driving strategy. The net profit rate index of the total assets of the coastal city solid economic enterprise is steadily improved, and the risk-risk ability of the coastal city solid economic enterprise is improved.

A coastal economic vulnerability assessment method based on analytic hierarchy process (AHP) is proposed. And combined with statistical data for empirical analysis. The statistical information model of coastal economic vulnerability assessment is constructed. According to the mining results of coastal economic vulnerability assessment information, the frequent itemsets association rules of coastal economic vulnerability assessment data are reconstructed, the correlation dimension characteristics of coastal economic vulnerability information are extracted, and the regular characteristics of coastal economic vulnerability assessment cross-correlation information fusion are analyzed. Taking this as the constraint condition, the correlation information mining evaluation of coastal economic vulnerability assessment is carried out, and the statistical analysis and robustness test of coastal economic vulnerability are carried out by using statistical feature analysis method. The simulation structure shows that the model has good accuracy and high confidence in coastal economic vulnerability assessment, and improves the quality of coastal economic vulnerability assessment.

The effectiveness evaluation model of spatial evolution layout planning method of coastal characteristic small town industrial economy is proposed based on output driven hypothesis model, adopts principal component analysis method to carry on the spatial evolution layout planning and design of coastal characteristic small town industrial economy, establishes the effective target parameter model of spatial planning, and makes an empirical analysis on the spatial evolution layout planning pattern of coastal characteristic small town industrial economy, under the condition of innovation driving. Realize the optimization planning and design of the spatial evolution layout of the industrial economy of small towns with coastal characteristics. The results of empirical analysis show that the model can effectively realize the spatial evolution layout planning and design of the industrial economy of coastal towns with characteristics, and improve the industrial economic benefits and output efficiency of small towns with coastal characteristics.

Port is the gathering point and hub of land-water transportation equipment and condition. Port throughput has a great influence on regional economy. This paper analyzes the dynamic model of port throughput affecting regional economy, and puts forward a dynamic model of port throughput affecting regional economy based on co-integration and error correction model. The dynamic model of port and regional economic development will be established by econometric analysis techniques such as co-integration and error correction model and Granger causality test. Co-integration analysis and error correction model are designed to solve the difficulties existing in the traditional econometric analysis technology for non-stationary economic time series analysis. After testing the cointegration relationship between variables, the long-term equilibrium relationship between variables is embodied by error correction model. The stability test of the regional economic growth evaluation model is carried out by using the correlation F test method to realize the recursive analysis of the influence of the port throughput on the regional economy. Finally, through the empirical analysis of the performance test, the study shows that coastal port construction and local economic construction promote each other, therefore, the development and construction of coastal ports should be fully combined with the hydrologic conditions of local waterways. And promote the development of coastal shipping according to local conditions, and should pay attention to the short-term fluctuation of the port, timely take measures, so as to ensure the steady development of coastal economy.

Under the mode of export-oriented economy in coastal cities, there is a significant positive correlation between the development of green innovation economy and the development of export-oriented green innovation in coastal cities. In order to analyze the difference between the development and performance of export-oriented green innovation economy in coastal cities, this paper puts forward a correlation analysis model of green innovation economy development and performance under the coastal city export-oriented economic model based on Taylor index analysis and green innovation economy development effectiveness game. The Taier index mapping model is established to analyze the constraint index of the development of green innovation economy, and the financing constraint parameter model which affects the development of export-oriented green innovation in coastal cities is constructed. Taking the development efficiency and financing mode of green innovation economy as the explanatory variables, the development model of green innovation economy is constructed. The principal component game method is used to calculate the export-oriented green innovation development index of small and medium-sized coastal cities, to extract the index variables such as the growth rate of total assets, the operating profit margin and the physical property of enterprise assets for balanced game. By using the financial audit data and asset panel distribution data to analyze the Taylor index, the differences between the development and performance of the export-oriented green innovation economy in coastal cities can be quantitatively evaluated. The empirical analysis shows that the model has a good robustness in the development and performance evaluation of green innovation economy, and the effectiveness of decision-making on the development of export-oriented green innovation economy in coastal cities has been improved at different levels of significance. The decision-making effectiveness of export-oriented green innovation economy in coastal cities has a positive impact on regional economic development.

The optimization of foreign trade and economic growth in the field of port planning are the core of foreign trade planning and management. There is a significant positive correlation between foreign trade and economic growth in the field of port planning. In order to reduce the cost of port foreign trade, at the same time, an equilibrium quality model between foreign trade and economic growth in port planning based on closeness decision-making is proposed to improve the foreign trade in the field of enterprise port planning. The constraint objective function of foreign trade and economic growth in the field of port planning is established from the perspective of balanced quality, and the parametric model affecting the management of foreign trade and economic growth in the field of port planning is analyzed. According to the contribution weight of economic growth parameter and risk level, the optimal decision-making equilibrium quality model of port planning is designed, and the decision-making model of closeness degree is established based on the distribution of foreign trade capital structure and the index of economic growth as the core explanatory variables. To realize the self-adaptive optimal decision-making equilibrium quality control between foreign trade and regional development of port economy in the field of port planning. The statistical analysis of cost-benefit is carried out by using the Hausman test rule. The empirical results show that the model can reduce the cost of port foreign trade and improve the core competitiveness of port regional economy, and the model can be used for foreign trade planning and management, and the management benefits are optimized.

The method for estimating and controlling the coastal navigation mark measurement and control cost of the coastal navigation mark measurement and control project is to maintain the safety of the coastal navigation mark measurement and control project, to reduce the cost of the project and to guarantee the service level. The traditional cost estimation method of the coastal navigation mark measurement and control project is based on the experience-based evaluation of the cost prediction model of the coastal navigation mark measurement and control engineering, which cannot effectively meet the principle of minimizing the present value of the measurement and control cost of the coastal navigation mark and the maximization of the state index during the service life period. In this paper, a method for estimating the cost of a coastal navigation mark measurement and control project based on the characteristics of large data correlation is proposed, and the measurement and control model of the conventional coastal navigation mark is designed. Cost estimation model of coastal navigation mark measurement and control project based on performance and energy supply survival period assessment model based on comprehensive coastal navigation mark measurement and control strategy. The cost estimation model of the coastal navigation mark measurement and control engineering is designed by using the first-order Bessel function, a reliable index evaluation equation of the cost all-sample regression analysis is obtained, the measurement and control cost of the coastal navigation mark, the user cost and the social cost are calculated. The cost present value of the measurement and control project of the coastal navigation mark is minimized as the objective function, and the financial constraint and the performance constraint are obtained as the boundary conditions. The plan optimization of the cost of the measurement and control engineering of the coastal navigation mark is realized, and the measurement and control scheme of the coastal navigation mark with the minimum cost present value is obtained under the limited financial resources. The numerical simulation results show that the model can improve the reliability and reliability of the measurement and control engineering structure of the coastal navigation mark, optimize the measurement and control cost of the coastal navigation mark, and obtain the minimum measurement and control scheme of the coastal navigation mark with the minimum cost present value under the limited financial resources, thus saving the measurement and control cost of the coastal navigation mark by 15%.

To improve the economic development efficiency of coastal tourism city, the comprehensive evaluation model of economic efficiency of coastal tourism city based on fractal theory is proposed, and the comprehensive evaluation of economic efficiency of coastal tourism city is carried out. The information flow model of the economic efficiency characteristics of the coastal tourism city is constructed, and the characteristic space of the economic development index series of the coastal tourism city is reconstructed according to the economic development index level of the coastal tourism city. The correlation dimension characteristic quantity of economic information of coastal tourism city is extracted, and the mutual information characteristic quantity of income growth and development efficiency of coastal tourism city is analyzed. The fuzzy decision-making method is used to evaluate the economic efficiency of the coastal tourism city. The statistical analysis and robustness test of the economic development level of the coastal tourism city are carried out by using the fractal theory method. The simulation results show that this method is more accurate and reliable in evaluating the economic efficiency of coastal tourism cities and improves the economic growth efficiency of coastal tourism cities.

Some achievements have been made in the economic development of coastal rural leisure industry in China, but there is still a certain gap between the overall level and the economic development level of international coastal rural leisure industry. This paper puts forward a path selection model of coastal rural leisure industry economic development based on grid sub-regional feature matching, adopts irregular triangulation network planning method to search the economic development path of coastal rural leisure industry oriented to Internet of things technology, and establishes a subregional feature matching model of coastal rural leisure industry economic development path. The adaptive grid block fusion method is used to plan and design the economic development path of coastal rural leisure industry, and the statistical characteristics of node positioning of coastal rural leisure industry economic development path are extracted. Combined with the relevant fuzzy constraint method, the economic development path selection of coastal rural leisure industry is realized, and the adaptive equilibrium ability of coastal rural leisure industry economic development path selection is improved. The simulation results show that this method has good adaptability and high equilibrium level in the economic development path selection of coastal rural leisure industry, and has good application value in the path selection and planning of coastal rural leisure industry economic development.

While the international port waterway ecosystem having been transformed by e-business and ICT, knowledge and information sharing between different sections in port waterway and environmental agents or consultants become increasingly important. This paper aims to understand the basic rules of individual agent competition by knowledge sharing behaviour in non-hierarchical network in international waterway ecosystem, and the effects of network evaluation on individual behaviour choice for status competition. We gathered one-month records of a Chinese professional QQ group, and applied content analysis and statistical tests methodology. We coded and analysed the individual sharing behaviour in the knowledge network. Finally, we built a knowledge network and empirically investigated the associations under research purpose by regression model. The results revealed that while systematic and peer evaluation have different moderating effects between positive association of individual knowledge sharing and network centrality. On the basis, three categories of knowledge networks evaluation system in the international waterway ecosystem are formed according to specific strategic position, including transferring knowledge network, innovative knowledge network, and collaborative knowledge network. This study pushed the theory of knowledge sharing behaviour into non-hierarchical community from hierarchical mechanism and accomplished the interdependence between sharing behaviour and individual status in the network, which formed the status competition approach and provide the micro approach for the theory of network effects. Furthermore, this paper established an evaluation model of the knowledge network, which contributes theoretically and practically to the knowledge network in the international waterway ecosystem.

The uncertainty of external environment is an important factor affecting the performance of supply chain, while information sharing and supply chain structure optimization are important means to reduce uncertainty and improve supply chain performance. From the perspective of decision-making and global optimization, a mathematical model on the interaction among environmental uncertainty, supply chain structure, information sharing and supply chain performance was established. Through theoretical analysis and numerical simulation, this paper explores the influence of environmental uncertainty, information distortion and information cost on supply chain structure design and supply chain performance, and analyzed the influence of information sharing on supply chain performance. This study provides a theoretical basis for understanding the role of information sharing in supply chain management, reasonably grasping the level of information sharing and optimizing the supply chain structure in uncertain environment. The comparison with the classical bullwhip effect research was made, which provides a new perspective and supplement for understanding and slowing down the bullwhip effect.

E-commerce service industry will play an important role in promoting national economic growth, increasing employment, adjusting industrial structure and improving resource utilization efficiency. With the rapid development of e-commerce and the increasingly serious employment situation, how to promote the employment potential of e-commerce service industry? In this paper, the development of China's e-commerce service industry is analyzed and the methods of employment elasticity analysis and industrial structure deviation are used to study the employment absorption capacity of e-commerce service industry. The research shows that there is a positive correlation between the development of e-commerce service industry and its employment growth. Although their development has not quite matched, e-commerce service industry still has a strong employment absorption capacity. Finally, some suggestions on how to promote and enhance the employment potential of e-commerce service industry are put forward.

This paper focuses on the price surge of international shipping in a short time in competitive markets. In order to study the mechanism of price collusion among competitors, we have built the model of pricing behavior selection and update standards of two pricing strategies in complex network. Then, using MATLAB to model for simulating the neighbor-based income difference in scale-free network. Thus, the evolution of price collusion under different behavior updated strategies can be analyzed. The results prove that the spontaneous price collusion of international shipping can be realized in competitive markets.

The change of industrial structure is related to the economic growth of coastal forestry. In order to quantitatively analyze the influencing factors of industrial structure change and promoting the economic growth of coastal forestry, a modeling method of the influence of industrial structure change on promoting coastal forestry economic growth based on big data and piecewise sample autoregression feature decomposition model is proposed. The statistical characteristic analysis object model of industrial structure change to promote coastal forestry economic growth is constructed, and the related knowledge set between industrial structure change and coastal forestry economic growth is constructed by using quantitative regression analysis method. Combined with multiple linear fusion method, the factor analysis of promoting coastal forestry economic growth by industrial structure change is carried out, and the statistical analysis of coastal forestry economic growth is carried out combined with fuzzy constraint control method. The quantitative piecewise regression analysis and test of the influence of industrial structure change on coastal forestry economic growth are realized. The simulation results show that the model can accurately quantitatively analyze the influence of industrial structure change on coastal forestry economic growth, and the modeling accuracy is high, which effectively guides the industrial structure modulation and coastal forestry economic growth.

A weeding machine was designed for port, its structure and principle were introduced, frame stress was analyzed by finite element method, and the effects of weed height and speed on weeding rate were studied. The results showed that the overall frame was relatively safe, but there were some risks in use. When the speed of the weeding machine was 5 km/h and the height weed was 60 cm, the weeding rate was the highest. Finally, the improvement measures were put forward for the shortcomings of weeding machine.

In order to improve the automatic planning and adaptive scheduling ability of sailing route and guide the management of sailing route, an optimal path planning model based on fuzzy neural network is proposed. The control instruction information of sailing route planning is extracted by using wireless sensor networking information scheduling technology, and the sailing route planning is carried out by combining the network information recognition and pattern scheduling of sailing route at sea. The statistical big data is extracted, the fuzzy scheduling of the associated feature set after information sampling is carried out, and the fuzzy neural network control technology is used to automatically screen and optimize the route of sailing route planning at sea. The information management platform of the Internet of things is constructed to carry out the automatic planning and distributed cooperative scheduling of the sailing route at sea, and the statistical data of the route planning of the sailing ship collected by all the member nodes are evenly configured in the cluster of things. The fuzzy PID neural network learning method is used to plan the sailing route of marine sailboat, and the distributed cooperative scheduling of sailing route planning is realized according to the result of automatic optimization. The simulation results show that the system can effectively realize the automatic planning and optimal scheduling of sailing route, and the reliability of route planning is high and the convergence is good.

The channel reliability modeling imbalance is easy to occur when the channel of large ship communication network is affected by inter-symbol interference. In order to improve the channel balance of large ship communication network, a channel reliability modeling and optimization algorithm based on genetic algorithm is proposed. The channel model of large ship communication network is constructed, and the interference suppression and multi-path compensation in the process of channel reliability modeling of large ship communication network are carried out by using decision feedback equalizer. According to the symbol number of channel impulse response characteristic distribution, the adaptive decision feedback modulation is carried out in the process of network channel reliability modeling, and the fractional interval equilibrium configuration of large ship communication network channel is carried out by using wireless spread spectrum method. Adaptive genetic algorithm is used to realize channel reliability modeling and equilibrium design, and evolutionary learning technology based on genetic algorithm is used to realize channel reliability modeling and optimization in large ship communication networks. The simulation results show that the proposed method has good balance in channel reliability modeling of large ship communication networks, and has strong ability to resist multi-path interference, which improves the communication quality of large ship communication networks and reduces the output bit error rate.

The dynamic model of elastic linkage mechanism of double-layer angular contact ball bearing of ship shafting is constructed, and the parameter identification of elastic linkage mechanism of double-layer angular contact ball bearing of ship shafting is carried out under the given acceleration constraint. In the motion plane of ship shafting double layer bearing, the standard Kalman filter model is used to fuse the speed distribution parameters. According to the speed distribution state of ship shafting double layer angular contact ball bearing, the parameters are adjusted adaptively, and the proportional differential control model is used to control the speed distribution ratio of ship shafting double layer bearing. The multi-step iterative method is used to realize the automatic speed distribution and inertia parameter adjustment of the double-layer angular contact ball bearing of the ship shafting, and the control accuracy of the speed distribution ratio of the double-layer bearing of the ship shafting is improved. The 7210c bearing model made in China is used as the experimental object. A neural network-based fatigue performance analysis model for marine pipeline metal hose joints in seawater corrosion environment is presented in this paper. The conditional fatigue strength analysis model and steel fatigue life prediction model of marine pipeline metal hose joints under seawater corrosion were constructed, and the stress yield evolution process of marine pipeline metal hose joints was numerically simulated. The mechanical analysis model of seawater corrosion environment and the yield stress model of material fatigue performance analysis are established by means of closed vector method and Lagrangian equation. The neural network driving fatigue stress test and fatigue fracture prediction interactive control method are used to control the evolution mechanics of metal hose joints in marine pipeline. The fatigue performance analysis and numerical simulation of marine pipeline metal hose joints in seawater corrosion environment are realized. The simulation results show that the numerical simulation accuracy of the fatigue performance analysis process of the marine pipeline metal hose joints under seawater corrosion is high, and the corrosion resistance of the marine pipeline metal hose joints is improved. The stress intensity of metal hose joints in ship pipeline is improved.

A finite vortex method was developed based on the Kutta condition of pressure difference at the trailing edge of an airfoil aiming at the analysis and prediction of hydrodynamic load and wake field of cycloidal vertical axis tidal turbine. The empirical value of the trailing edge pressure difference parameter was obtained by comparing with the experimental value of static lift coefficient of NACA0015 airfoil. The instantaneous and average loads of fixed pitch turbine and cycloidal turbine with different eccentricity are compared. The results show that the positive torque of the turbine is mainly concentrated in the upstream area of the actuator disk. Cycloidal turbine can not only improve the power coefficient, but also reduce the force's amplitude of the blade. By comparing the structure and evolution process of turbine wake, the sources of the trailing vortex in the upper and lower regions are found. They are obtained from the starting vortex and the vortex flipped off by the blades, respectively. The wake of a turbine with high power coefficient develops more rapidly downstream.

With the development of intelligent gates in the container ports, more and more attention has been paid to the real-time container truck speed measurement. Current solutions to measuring vehicle speed commonly use coil, laser or radar. These methods can obtain results with high precision but they are limited in some way, such as low stability, high costs, and high computation requirements. This paper proposed a method to measure real-time container truck speed at container port gates based on binocular videos. Firstly, the feature points from the time-series images of the moving container truck are obtained. Secondly, the correlation of these feature points in time and space is analyzed to obtain the homonymous coordinates. Finally, the container truck speed is calculated according to the homonymous coordinates. Experiments on container truck speed measurement based on binocular vision were carried out at the gates of Taicang Container Port. The results showed that when the container truck speed was less than 30 km/h, the algorithm was highly accurate in speed measurement and the error percentage was under 10%. In addition, the calculation took about 120 ms, which can satisfy the real-time requirements of automatic container truck speed measurement at a lower cost.

Aiming at the problems of the current retrieval algorithm for massive ship fault data retrieval in cloud computing, which does not support complex query, large retrieval cost and low precision, a massive ship fault data retrieval algorithm supporting complex query in cloud computing based on query performance prediction is proposed. Introducing the Lagrangian algorithm to preprocess the ship fault data information; combining the attribute values of the ship fault data and the context to calculate the similarity between different attributes, and identifying the same attribute according to the similarity; The attribute recognition result is queried by using multiple retrieval models, and the model complex query request is converted into a one-dimensional query key value, and the query key values obtained by the plurality of models are predicted, and the search result with the optimal prediction performance of the complex query mode is used as the final result. The experimental results show that the proposed algorithm has good retrieval accuracy in complex query mode, and it has less overhead than the current search algorithm.

The Lucene retrieval component is used to build a multi-level classification module, which matches the query keywords input in the process of ship fault information retrieval with the ship operation status to increase the intelligent retrieval conditions. Combining the big data analysis technology to classify the ship fault information at different levels, the tree classification structure is presented in the process of ship fault status classification, which can refine the classification of ship fault, describe the attributes of retrieval objects in detail, reduce the number of retrieval times, and improve the efficiency of ship fault status retrieval, thus completing the design of the intelligent retrieval system for ship fault information. The experimental results show that under the same conditions, the retrieval time of the system is nearly half shorter than that of the traditional system, and the longest retrieval time can be controlled within 2 seconds, which effectively improves the retrieval efficiency.

There is a trend of integration and modularization in navigation control system. It has the characteristics of high resource sharing, fast information transmission and integration of software and hardware. It has high requirements for the safety of navigation control systems. In view of the low accuracy of traditional algorithms, a new big data-based security assessment algorithm of navigation control system is proposed. The structure of navigation control system is introduced, and the realization of navigation control system is analyzed. In big data environment, CCS (Common Criteria) is used to determine the safety assessment objectives of the navigation control system. According to the different safety weights among the areas in the criterion layer, the pilots determine the weight of the assessment objectives by analytic hierarchy process based on the evaluation of the navigation control system and the corresponding safety rating indices. GRAP algorithm is used to acquire the security level of navigation control system so as to realize the safety assessment of the navigation control system. Experimental results show that the proposed algorithm has high assessment accuracy.

In order to improve the information management ability of port public logistics under the environment of collection and distribution, the optimal design of information management system is carried out. A design method of port public logistics information management system based on multi-thread equilibrium scheduling and fuzzy conversion control is proposed. The port public logistics resource information is collected in the cloud storage environment, and the attribute allocation of the collected port public logistics resource information is carried out by using the association rule mining method. According to the attribute classification results of port public logistics information in the environment of collection and distribution, the fusion of resource allocation and fuzzy adaptive equilibrium is carried out, and the fuzzy scheduling and adaptive classification and identification of port public logistics resource information are carried out in the environment of collection and distribution. The information fusion model of port public logistics information fusion under the environment of centralized and distributed transportation is constructed, and the fuzzy scheduling method is used to realize the optimal integration of port public logistics resource information. The software of port public logistics information management system is developed and designed in embedded environment, and the network design and modular development of port public logistics information management system are carried out by using ZigBee protocol in the environment of centralized and distributed transportation. The test results show that the designed port public logistics information management system has a good ability to integrate port public logistics information resources, and the recall rate of resource information management and scheduling is high.

The fuzzy decision statistical characteristics of coastal port intelligent logistics supply chain path output under cloud computing are extracted, and the benefit distribution model of coastal port intelligent logistics supply chain under cloud computing is constructed by combining adaptive decision optimization control method. The intelligent bionic group evolutionary optimization algorithm is used to realize the adaptive planning and design of coastal port intelligent logistics supply chain under cloud computing, and the optimal benefit distribution and control of coastal port intelligent logistics supply chain under cloud computing are realized. The simulation results show that the resource consumption of coastal port intelligent logistics supply chain planning under cloud computing is small and the spatial planning ability is strong, which improves the scheduling path optimization and intelligent control ability of coastal port intelligent logistics supply chain.

In order to realize the optimal scheduling and automatic identification of port logistics service supply chain information, it is necessary to design the contract coordination management of port logistics service supply chain information. A coordinated management model of port logistics service supply chain information contract based on grid area reconstruction learning clustering is proposed. The fuzzy association rule scheduling technology is used to sample the port logistics service supply chain information, and the port logistics service supply chain information collected by RFID is processed by information fusion. The autocorrelation statistical regression analysis method is used to extract the correlation statistical features of port logistics service supply chain information, and the matching filtering method is used to detect the redundant features of port logistics service supply chain information for interference suppression filtering. The purified port logistics service supply chain information is reconstructed by phase space reconstruction technology, and the reconstructed data is classified and identified by grid area reconstruction learning clustering classifier. The contract coordination management and automatic retrieval of port logistics service supply chain information are realized. The simulation results show that the automatic classification of port logistics service supply chain information contract coordination management is good, and the fuzzy clustering ability is strong, which improves the coordination management ability of port logistics service supply chain information contract.

Port logistics supply chain management is an integrated management idea and method, which performs the functions of logistics planning and control from supplier to end user in supply chain, an integrated management model of port logistics supply chain based on big data is proposed. The big data regression analysis model of integrated management of port logistics supply chain is constructed by statistical analysis method. The constraint index parameter set of optimization of integrated management mode of port logistics supply chain is analyzed in port logistics supply chain, and the big data fusion of integrated management model of port logistics supply chain is carried out by using correlation detection method. Combined with cumulative variance analysis, big data clustering is carried out for port logistics supply chain integrated management model. According to the clustering results, the quantitative distribution set of port logistics supply chain integrated management model is constructed. Combined with big data fuzzy clustering control and information fusion method, the port logistics supply chain integrated management model is constructed. The results of empirical analysis show that the data fusion of port logistics supply chain integrated management model selection by this method is good, which shows that the rationality of port logistics supply chain integrated management mode selection is more accurate, and the integrated management ability of port logistics supply chain under the environment of Internet of things is improved.

The economic benefit evaluation model of seaborne port cargo distributed transportation management is proposed based on big data's integrated dispatching of resources, and the explanatory variable model and control variable model of the economic benefit evaluation of seaborne port cargo distributed transportation management is analyzed by using quantitative analysis method. The distribution characteristics of economic statistical information and the characteristics of association rules in the management of seaborne port cargo distributed transportation are taken into account. Rough evaluation set and economic statistical information distribution structure model of cargo distributed transportation management are constraint parameters, so fuzzy subspace scheduling model is constructed to design the control model for economic benefit evaluation of cargo distributed transportation management in seaborne ports. Based on the quantitative regression analysis of the intervention factors of the economic statistical participants in the management of goods distributed transportation, the benefit evaluation theory and regression analysis method of the distributed transportation of goods in the seaborne port are used to carry out the management of the distributed transportation of the goods in the seaborne port, and the economic statistical information fusion and clustering algorithm of the distributed transportation management of the goods in the seaborne port are combined to realize the economic benefit evaluation of the distributed transportation management of the goods in the seaborne port. The term “One Belt and One Road”, firstly initiated by the Chinese Government, has brought new opportunities for the effect of China on South Asian countries in the economic and trade cooperation. From 2005 to 2016, the scale of goods trade between South Asian countries and China increased significantly, and South Asia gradually became an important trading partner of China. The structure of China's export products to South Asian countries has not changed much and most of which are technology and capital-intensive processed products. However, the elements of China's import products has changed a lot under marine water conservation and tends to be diversified and rationalized. This paper analyzes the complementarity and competitiveness of trade between China and South Asian countries by applying existing indicators, e.g., revealed comparative advantage index (RCA), trade integration index (TII), trade complementarity index (TCI), export similarity index (ESI) and trade competitiveness index (CI).The results show that China's trade with South Asian countries is more complementary than competitive, and there is great potential for international logistics between China and South Asian countries. According to the situation of marine water conservation, we should make use of trade complementarity to improve the structure of foreign trade, strengthen trade negotiations and advance the development of free trade zones, as well as strengthen infrastructure construction and promote connectivity, in order to increase international trade value and promote logistics industry in China and South Asian countries.

The effect of integrated construction of green port construction is evaluated accurately and effectively, and the sustainable development level of green port construction is further improved. An evaluation model of integrated construction effect of green port construction based on BIM construction information is put forward. The green building feature information mining model of green port construction integration construction effect is constructed, the index of green port construction integration construction effect evaluation is constructed by using multi-parameter joint recurrent analysis modeling method, and the correlation evaluation and detection of green port construction integration construction effect is carried out by using association rule analysis method. The rough set quantitative evaluation model is used to calculate the global optimal solution of the green port construction integration construction effect evaluation, to improve the adaptability of the green port construction integration construction effect evaluation, to extract the statistical characteristic quantity of the green port construction integration construction effect, and to realize the construction of the green port construction integration evaluation system. Big data analysis is carried out by using SPSS software. The results of empirical analysis show that the confidence level of the integrated construction effect evaluation of green port construction using this model is high, and the reliability of the integrated evaluation system of green port construction is better.

Under the environment of Internet of things, the change model of coastal port logistics economic spatial structure is constructed, and the design method of coastal port logistics economic spatial structure change model based on Internet of things equilibrium scheduling is put forward. This paper analyzes the optimal adjustment model of coastal port logistics economic spatial structure, improves the change control ability of coastal port logistics economic spatial structure, and improves the throughput and connectivity performance of coastal port logistics economic spatial structure. In this paper, an optimal adjustment algorithm of coastal port logistics economic spatial structure under the Internet of things based on adaptive equilibrium scheduling and artificial intelligence optimization is proposed. The logistics coastal port logistics economic spatial structure model under the Internet of things environment is constructed, and then the transmission information of coastal port logistics economic spatial structure is integrated and processed. Adaptive equilibrium scheduling and artificial intelligence optimization are used to adjust and optimize the spatial structure change characteristics of coastal port logistics economy in the whole coastal port logistics economic spatial structure, to improve the scope of coastal port logistics economic spatial structure change in the whole coastal port logistics economic spatial structure, and to ensure the connectivity and efficiency of coastal port logistics economic spatial structure. The simulation results show that the model constructs the spatial structure of coastal port logistics economy under the Internet of things, improves the throughput of logistics transmission, and has good ability to detect the distribution characteristics of coastal port logistics economic spatial structure. The implementation cost is reduced and the efficiency is high.

Traditional methods have poor security and cannot solve the imbalance of benefit distribution caused by information flow sharing, and their overall performance is poor. Therefore, a new synchronous control method of information flow in construction supply chain under asymmetric information is proposed. According to the needs of participants in the construction supply chain for various information flows, the information in the central database is divided into blocks. Each participant and different information blocks correspond to each other. Each participant is provided with different rights. The corresponding information is obtained through user verification, and the data flow security control is realized. By calculating Shapley value, a Shapley value model of benefit distribution in information flow of construction supply chain under asymmetric information is constructed. Aiming at the disadvantage of ignoring the influence of other factors on benefit distribution under asymmetric information, this model comprehensively analyzed the four external factors of participant's benefit distribution: input proportion, risk sharing coefficient, performance degree value and participant's contribution value, completed the improvement of Shapley model, obtained benefit distribution value, and gave the process of determining risk sharing coefficient and contribution value. The experimental results show that the proposed method can guarantee the security of information flow synchronization control, and the results of benefit allocation are more balanced.

In order to quantitatively analyze the relationship between the spatial planning of logistics distribution in the coastal area and the development of logistics in the coastal area, analyze the promoting effect of the development of logistics in the coastal area on the economy, and promote the development of logistics in the coastal area. Based on the optimal logistics path planning and statistical data regression analysis, a modeling method for the influence of spatial planning of logistics distribution in coastal areas on the development of coastal logistics is proposed. This paper constructs an object model to analyze the statistical characteristics of logistics development in coastal areas in the spatial planning of logistics distribution in coastal areas, and chooses the mode of logistics development in coastal areas by using the shortest path optimization method. An adaptive regression analysis method is used to construct the big data statistical analysis model for spatial planning of logistics distribution in coastal areas and logistics development in coastal areas. Based on the multi-linear fusion method, the spatial planning of logistics distribution in coastal areas is analyzed to analyze the factors of logistics development in coastal areas, and the fuzzy correlation test method is used to realize the model planning of logistics development in coastal areas. To realize the automatic matching and automatic dispatching of ocean-going cargo in international logistics, a design scheme of automatic matching system for ocean-going cargo in international logistics based on fuzzy scheduling and wireless sensor communication networking technology is proposed. The automatic matching model of ocean-going cargo in international logistics is constructed, and the MVB bus controller is used to schedule the automatic matching of ocean-going cargo in international logistics. Based on PID fuzzy neural network control, the automatic matching dispatching control model of ocean-going cargo in international logistics is constructed. According to the IEC61375 protocol, the wireless sensor communication network design for the automatic matching of ocean-going cargo in international logistics is carried out. According to the results of auto-correlation feature detection, fuzzy scheduling and optimal control of ocean-going cargo auto-matching in international logistics are carried out by extracting the associated features of ocean-going cargo auto-matching in international logistics. In the application layer, the real-time transport protocol is used for automatic scheduling of ocean-going cargo in international logistics. Based on DSP and RAM as the core processors, the hardware development and design of the automatic matching system for ocean-going cargo in international logistics is carried out. The test results show that the automation level of automatic matching device scheduling for ocean-going cargo in international logistics is high, and the throughput performance of scheduling process is better.

Aiming to improve the ability of automatic scheduling for the dynamic loading of shipping container routes in international logistics environment, an automatic scheduling method based on information fusion of association rules for the dynamic loading of shipping container routes in international logistics environment is proposed. The auto-correlation feature scheduling method is used to mine the operation status of shipping container routes under the international logistics environment, and the reliability data of ship container routes operation under the international logistics environment are extracted. According to the results of ship container route stowage feature extraction, the information fusion and quantitative regression analysis, combined with the international logistics ship container route stowage feature scheduling method, are analyzed in this paper. The dynamic data mining of ship container route loading under the international logistics environment is realized. The characteristic distribution model of the ship container route operation state under the international logistics environment is constructed and combined with the information fusion method of association rules. Under the international logistics environment, the automatic scheduling of ship container route loading dynamic is realized. The simulation results show that the proposed method has higher accuracy and better anti-jamming performance under the international logistics environment, and improves the dynamic allocation ability of the ship container route.

In order to improve the efficiency of cold chain logistics distribution in cloud computing environment, it is necessary to optimize the location of ship route in cold chain logistics distribution. An online planning algorithm of cold chain logistics distribution ship route in cloud computing environment is proposed based on the shortest path optimization control. In the cloud computing environment, the shortest path search model is used to optimize the ship route of cold chain logistics distribution and the location design of cold chain logistics distribution path node. Based on the load balancing model of distribution network, the ship route location and distribution route planning of cold chain logistics under cloud computing environment are carried out. The optimal distribution route control protocol is used to control the cold-chain logistics shipping route in cloud computing environment, and the minimum distribution route is used as the constraint cost.
