This paper aims to study the effectiveness of HRM incentives in shipping enterprises. To this end, literature analysis, neuroscience experimental methods, and data analytical methods were used to analyse the relationship between active individuals and guided management in HRM of shipping enterprises. Then, based on the incentive related concepts, cognitive neural and related theories, the active individual incentive effect experiments based on EEG analysis were designed, to explores the incentive principle and process on the individual. The extraction and analysis of the brain wave experimental data reveals the different effects of different incentive frequency and timing on the active individual. Finally, the incentive method suitable for active individual in HRM of shipping enterprises was proposed. The research findings shall provide relevant theoretical basis for the shipping enterprise to formulate more effective HRM incentive measures, which have certain practical value.
