With the continuous advancement of current computer virtual reality theory and technology, automatic generation technology has become an important means of research and exploration of marine animation. Based on the research of UE4 engine, this paper proposes an automatic generation technology of 3D animation based on UE4 engine. The surface level smoothing processing of 3D animated image rendering is performed by using the similarity measure method. The 3D animation image is rendered by the animated image's object hierarchy and the surface layer's following information fusion method to realize the 3D reconstruction and dynamic generation of the animated image. The experimental results show that the proposed method has higher fidelity and the effect of 3D animation is better.
